Friend and I came in for pedicures - he had Kim and Victor was my nail tech. Both were great! I told Victor how I am scared of the cuticle trimmer, and he was super gentle

I have been getting my nails done at this salon for 2 years. Amy and the technicians Jack and Vin are very friendly and do great manicures and pedicures. Unfortunately in the last 4 times that I went to do my manicure and pedicure I had to wait about 45 to 50 minutes for them to start doing my nails (having made an appointment). Not only the wait, when the technician starts doing my nails, the technician works at the same time with another client, which affects the service that you receives, it is very unpleasant to see how they serve you in a hurry...and you are going to pay that service! Customer service has been affected, I think they need more employees who can exclusively serve each customer. I like to go get my manicure and pedicure to relax and enjoy that time I take for myself. Unfortunately! That's why I'm going to try another nail salon.
After finishing my nails I went to the front desk to pay. I was informed they don’t take ANY credit cards anymore for payment. In the past they always have taken cards, except AMEX. She asked if I had a check? Really? A check? I don’t carry a lot of cash with me, so I had to call a friend to drive there to bring me money.
Nail Tip owners- Please post signs that you take only cash AND tell all your clients this before service is provided. It is quite inconsiderate not to do so.

I love my pedicure. I docked a star because of…how do I put this? The young man clearly knew what he was doing…so well that he seemed to be in a rush. If he could just slow down 10%, it would be a more relaxing experience. The results are great, so I’ll definitely go back.
Way...way too expensive for the services I received! $37 for a basic...and I do mean basic pedicure! No message at all! My own polish! Wanted to try some place new...never again! One and done! Didnt want to forget the rip off reward card they give you! 12 services over $30 will get you $10 off of a $30 service! ???????? Please!
BEST place to have your nails done! love the staff and love my nails! very reasonable prices too. I will definitely be returning soon!
