It was wonderful, the staff are nice and do such a well job. My nails look amazing and my feet and hands feel so good after the massage they do. They are really quick and do it so neat as well. Price range is great and I will definitely come back!
Nancy was amazing and did an awesome job on my nails! She massaged the life out of my legs and gave my feet the extra love that it needed ❤️ I had no clue what I wanted to do for my nails and she came up with this beautiful design that matched the birthday dress that my husband got me. If you ever go, Nancy will hook it up for you!
I just went in for some well needed self care spoiling and I love my nails! Tanya was my nail artist and she was sweet, every time she finished a process, she always asked me if it looked okay and if I liked what she did. She took her time with the detail. I showed her a pic and said she can do something similar but not necessarily exactly, just to do her thing lol and I like it! Good experience for me
Not so great. I do my own dip at home but wanted to let someone professional do it this time and be pampered but I should have just gotten gel. My friends got gel and looked really good. I don't think powder dip is their specialty. Even though I asked her not to make them thick, she did, then told me that they aren't thick. Then said she'd fix it and I think she just gave up. My nails are 2 stars at best but my friends both got gel and it looks fab. If I go back, I'll just get gel as well.
Today I witnessed how rude they can be. A female just left with her 6 y/o daughter because she did not like the staff tone of voice. Moments before, the owner ignored me when I asked her about where my nail designer was. I had an appointment for 9am an nobody could tell me anything so I was sitting there for several minutes without a response from the staff. So, I had to ask the lady in the front (who turns out later to be the owner), she suggested with the finger to wait. Then she started a personal call, then she made a second personal call. After she hang up, I asked her again for my nail designer, if she was on her way, or if she forgot about the appointment. The owner got mad and replied saying a lot of things like “I don’t know wait until she comes back AND YOU ASK HER”.. She continued talking and walking back and forth. So I said “is enough”. Then she said that she was the owner and that she had the right and if I didn’t like the service I can leave. I said that it was not about the nail designer’s service, it was more about the bad customer service she, as the owner, was providing at the moment.
Nice staff but I don’t think they used clean instruments on me. When I got there the lady grabbed her caddy and somehow already had all the clippers in there. I never saw her take it out the sanitized bag. I regret not saying anything now. The design was okay but not my fave. Lastly, on a nail she went too far down and shaved too many layers and no it’s so tender. Worried I may have an infection. Won’t be going back.
This was my first time here, the ladies that greeted me were super nice, but the lady who did my pedicure was pretty rough (made me bleed a few times while cleaning the cuticles), and seemed like she was in a rush to finish the whole time, even though I was the only one there. Not even 3 hours later when I got home, I realized one of the gel polish on my toes had already peeled completely off?! Kind of disappointed and a little confused because I have heard great things about this place.
Been coming here for months and I've never been disappointed. My go to guy for my nails is TK. All the ladies who does pedicure also do a good job! People are warm and friendly. . Highly recommended! ????
