If I could give 0 I would, by after having to call and go to other county offices for help I get my case worker (Monica Stratford) information to not only not hear back from her but her manager who then is rude beyond belief. When you try to ask questions and figure things out they get annoyed and rude like it’s not their job. Only to then hang up on you. Will definitely find out how to file a real complaint and get a different case worker.
Been over a month and my case has still not been processed. When I called to check on it an agent told me my case worker hadn’t even looked at my case. Had to reapply hopefully they don’t send it to kershaw county again.

2 ladies showed up to my home without introducing theirselves with absurd allegations. Even with that information I still tried cooperating with them and followed protocol to do as they asked of going to do a drug test even with the false allegations. Took a day off work to handle this and for the revisit. Never showed up or called me to reschedule. Went to take the whiz quiz but the lady at the center didn’t have any info about it. Complete waste of my time and government resources.
I conducted my business for a family member by phone and could not have been treated better. The representative was respectful, patient and well-equipped. The hold time was only a few seconds. I had to muddle through several prompts before I talked to a live person, but I guess that part is a necessary evil. Otherwise, I had an excellent experience.
Decently rapid service, no ultra long waiting and many services and agencies found at this facility location. The staff are "okay" considering their job duties. As a social services location, warmth and friendliness is NOT supposed to be their highlight and thus, it's not. Don't be fooled by the word " social" in it's title. ????????
Everytime I call they act like they don’t want to help you, and everybody tell me completely different things. Very unhelpful
Most of the time the front has a nasty attitude. Not every time, but u have to walk on egg shells & feel them out beforehand so u know how to approach them.
