Best TL Reviews
My mom wanted to get pedicures for Easter and I wanted to try a nail salon near me. I saw the reviews and figured it would be worth the risk. At first I planned to get a pedicure only, but my mom wanted to treat me to a manicure also. They did AMAZING—I will be back for sure!
My nails were damaged from a prior technician at a local shop and I loved how much much care I received! So those flaws are not their fault.
The technicians were very kind and gentle. I went with regular polish instead of gel and it’s holding up well. Also, they asked only one time if I wanted gel, and didn’t hound or try to convince me otherwise. Lastly, I loved that my technician helped me pick out the perfect pink for my skin tone.
So Happy! My daughter and I called, made an appointment on Saturday and went for manicures together. We didn't wait more than 3 minutes (shocking for a nail salon even with an appt!!) My nail tech (Kai) was absolutely meticulous - I had him remove a prior dip job and put on a new set of pink and whites. He did them exactly as I asked, they are gorgeous! I couldn't be happier! My daughter asked for "pink and white style" with green tips and she got exactly the picture she showed her tech. We will definitely be back!! We were able to make appointments for our next fills with the same techs. Love it!
Been coming for for several months now. Very clean environment, they work very quickly. I get acrylic nails and often get refills. I will try to get the same person each time. Just cause I’m sure I’ll get what I want. Definitely recommend.
Pedi’s here USED to be good. The lady that did my feet was too fast. Massage was MAYBE 3 min. I requested file on big toe and cut the small toes. Well, guess I cannot be mad. She just cut the small toes and didn't file or shape them. She wasn't courteous at all. In a rush. My appt was at 10. Wasn't taken back till 1010 and here I am done BEFORE 1030. My husband was still getting his feet done and I swear she was rushing me off the chair. Literally, told her 4 times that I got it (my shoes) and she still insisted! So disappointed. I guess it's time to find a new spot. WHERE'S DIANA! Seems like since they (to include Tim) there is no care in the shop anymore.
I asked for tapered square and marbling detail on a couple of my nails but the shape was awful and I wish the lady would’ve used flat tip instead of curled ones because it just looked cheap to once it was done. And don’t say you can do marbling when you can’t , just say you can’t and I would’ve been happier with that. Once I left I went home and filed them down to try and salvage the looks of them. Also some of acrylic is super thin and feels like they would break. Sadly I won’t be returning to this business.
And yes I’m aware I have crooked fingers but I just don’t feel good with them at all
Everyone was very kind, a gentleman stop by once or twice to ensure I liked the nails. I got French tips and they look amazing!
The white spot on my nail is a imperfection on my personal nail, not the nail tech fault!
Awkwardly quiet, destroyed my nail with the dremel, and left uneven, streaky nails.
There were 4 workers there, not a single one made a peep. It was a bit disturbing. My nail tech Hannah i believe took off about half my nail when she went over each nail 4 times with the dremel once with a rough file and another 2 times with a sanding block. Unsatisfied with my this flimsy nails. They were burning she was drilling them so far down. Very uneven and disgusting nail job. Pictures attached. She asked what shape I wanted and I said a rounded square but I dont want a flat top. So closer to an oval on the side with a hint of square-ness. I got a point. I corrected her twice then just sat through the rest of the session. So unhappy. Photos taken outside the store. Don't come here. I don't know why it has over 3 stars.
I really appreciate the techs at this salon. They are always so friendly and helpful. If ever I have had a problem with lifting they are so quick to fix the nail, and don’t make you feel remotely uncomfortable doing it. I love their dip powder selection, but even more than that I am grateful for the care they take to preserve my natural nails. They go above and beyond and it makes for such a relaxing treat.
