5. Poor Quality and High Prices: Several customers mentioned issues such as nails popping off, thick nails, unfinished and messy results, and poor application techniques. Additionally, one customer felt they were overcharged compared to other salons they have visited, suggesting that the quality provided may not match the price.
Based on these comments, it is evident that Nails Pro Nicholasville Place has both positive and negative aspects. While the salon seems to offer friendly service, cleanliness, and satisfactory results for some customers, there are concerns regarding attention to detail, quality control, and pricing. It is important for potential customers to consider these strengths and weaknesses when deciding whether to visit Nails Pro Nicholasville Place.

I liked it a lot, they treated me with education and care, they didn't hurt me at all. my hands are so natural, thin nails delicate and elegant ???? no stains or residue. my soft hydrated and very pretty feet. The massage was great... I wish they would do it for longer ???? I was about to not go when I read the comments on their page, but a friend who goes there recommended it to me and I gave myself the opportunity. I plan to make this place my permanent nail salon!! I highly recommend it. ????
So went in for a routine fill in. While taking the old gel off he cut my cuticle. After applying the new acrylic he cut the same cuticle only deeper and wider.. the owner decided after I screamed at her and told her he was never to touch me against finished upon leaving I noticed half my fingers still have the old color on them
I love this shop! My SNS is always thin and natural looking. The pedicure feels amazing, but the polish never lasts. My advice: pay for the Gel topcoat on toes.
I'm not sure if the ownership has changed but I have been going here for a while on Tuesday I got a lady I had never had before I usually just get gel or sns on my hands but I went for a manicure and pedicure this time the lady rushed through my pedicure so fast it was not relaxing and I felt so rushed and uncomfortable. Then she rushed through my gel manicure and left my nails all different shapes. She didn't put on the regular amount of layers and 2 days later all my nails were chipping off the polish. I called and went back for her to fix them at all nail places they fix your nails if they chip in thefirst week . She then told me she would fix them this time but after that she said no guarantee and if she had done a good job like I was used to I wouldn't need them fixed. I have always been happy with nail pro until now where the treat you like your in the express lane do a bad job now and refuse to fix it. I dont know who this lady was I've always been happy with their work before but I definitely will be looking for a new salon that does good work as Nail pro seems to have turned into an express lane that provides poor quality service now had she done a good job I wouldn't need them fixed. So now they are treating us like an express lane doing poor work
I've gone twice and got SNS each time. BOTH times the top coat begins peeling off the very next day and within a couple days, I've had nails pop off. Which is very uncommon for SNS. I went back the second time hoping it was just a fluke but obviously it is not. On a nice note, the place was clean & super tidy and the employees were so courteous & fast but unfortunately I won't be returning.
Everyone was very friendly and everything was very clean. However my nails feel very unfinished and messy. Much thicker than I would like. Inconsistent shape.
Went in to get different styles of gel polish on my nails so I could choose how I wanted to do my nails for my wedding. The woman was really nice at first, but quickly became impatient and after doing two different styles I’d French, demanded I get the remaining 8 nails done the same way. Maybe it would have helped if I had ripped up front?? But I’m glad I didn’t because she did a horrible job and stressed me out to the point I felt tears coming on. Then she charges me $55!!!! I pay $35 at the places I normally go! Never again!
Rushed, cut me multiple times. Over filed, then charged me for gel and dip powder and I only got dip powder. Also drillleddd my nail bed to the point that they were sore. Will not be going here again. This was my 3rd attempt here because so many people say they’re great. They aren’t.
