Went to OC Nails to have acrylic nails removed. This was my first time having acrylics, and I read about how they should be professionally removed to prevent damage to your natural nails. The nail technician removed my nails by slowly peeling the gel polish and acrylics off. They did not soak them in acetone or file them down at all. It was an incredibly painful experience, and my nails are left damaged, bruised, and in pain. Maybe other services at this salon are good, but they clearly do not know how to safely remove acrylics.

I called to book a walk-ins right away and they never told us if there was appointments infront of us they said walk in and they will take us. We walk into the place and they say they won’t be able to take us because there was 5 more walk ins ahead of us they given more priority then us and when we were there first and a walk in also. The worker was very rude, didn’t want business when there was other employees doing nothing and sitting around when they could have taken us. Rude and doesn’t want your money don’t waste your time out of your day to come here…

Friendly employees and they do a great job!

I was worked on by two different people, neither of which spoke any English at all. I needed specific things done and I had an injury to one of my nails. I had to find a human being in there that spoke English so they did not further injure me. They did not clean under either my toenails or my fingernails. The filing was uneven. Two nails required acrylic and the guy was about to paint it when I had to stop him because it was so lumpy and he didn’t even notice. I would never go back there again. They are completely unqualified to perform the services

The woman who did my nails was fast n did a wonderful job. I didn't have time to getvthem done before u came so u went there this morning and they fit me right in. I was in there for about 40 minutes total. They did an amazing job and I will definitely go back!!!

Great customer service! Anh was easy to talk to and was patient with me as I tried to decide on the perfect color! He was knowledgeable and showed pride in his work! I will definitely make this my vacation nail salon! My nails were exactly what I wanted them to be! The salon is beautifully decorated and clean! Definitely the perfect way to start out my birthday weekend!

Me and my sister just came and got a full set and eyebrows. Super good price! I had anh and he was super funny and made me welcomed. My sister had Katie and she felt the same way. I can’t think about going anywhere else anymore!! The aesthetic of The building was great, and they made me hand sanitize my hands before they started. With COVID-19 going on, I thought that was a really good step and appreciated it. Very cleanly. Sanitized EVERYTHING and we’re practicing great social distancing. 100000/10
