Absolutely love Angie and her salon. Saved me once again and am very thankful. She’s funny and so precise on knowing exactly what your hair needs. The lady who did my hair was new I believe and awesome. They worked great together as a team on my hair. Highly recommend !
Afton listened to what I was looking for in a haircut. She took her time and made sure I was OK with the length and such before she cut more. Her technique was very precise. She couldn’t have been more polite and pleasant. Another family member came for a haircut the next day based on my good experience. Highly recommend. Kathy Moore
Horrible experience! Horrible haircut! Afton will NEVER get my families business again! All I wanted was a haircut for me and my kid. All we got was attitude and a bad haircuts. I don't want to hear about your problems, thats not why I'm there. She needs to learn to listen, instead of forcing herself and her bad ideas and energy on the people around her. Especially her customers! Because of her, we'll be finding another, more respectful place to spend our money! Just a nasty experience as a whole!
Never again. I've never been treated like I was today. I've been there multiple times and had never had a problem until today. When I went in I told her right off my hair was in a terrible a state and that yes I had cut my hair in places I shouldn't have. Very over processed. All I wanted was a haircut to hide the damage which would have been possible if she had just followed the picture. She proceeded to continually tell me how bad my hair was. Over and over again. I know, that's why I was there to get it cut off. She finally brought over Erin (who I wanted in the first place but didn't want to seem rude for waiting for her to finish instead of using the woman who was free) and asked her what she thought. If she had actually paid attention to my picture instead of being stuck on how bad my hair was it would have been fine. But she couldn't seem to get passed it. When she was asking me about which way to comb the part I told her the way I usually part it and she snapped at me about would I be able to style it and to help her to help me. So I was even more uncomfortable and upset. She asked me what my problem was and thought I was upset that she had gotten a second opinion to which I told her that wasn't upset that Erin had came over as she was who I wanted in the first place. I was informed I should have made an appointment if I'd wanted her. She didn't even finish cutting my hair. I told her she hurt my feelings and again she talked about there shouldn't be a problem getting a second opinion. Which again wasn't the problem. I told her I had never been treated like that there and was told I should go to style it 2 down the street. I paid $14.99 for an undone hair cut. She proceeded to toss my penny on the table when she told me where to go. I hope she feels accomplished making me cry by being rude. Turns out she's the owner Angie. How nice. Really a shame because Erin is the only person I've found that can give a good haircut.
I've been here three times and they've always done well with my hair. Normally, they are friendly and professional. However, the last time I almost walked out. They close at 7 and I got there with my daughter just before 6:30. we both needed cuts. My daughter went first and was dealt with great. My lady on other hand, not so. She asked me what I wanted and I told her that she could do what she wanted. She laughed and said, "no, what do you want because you don't want what I feel like doing." She told me if it were up to her, she would shave my head and be done because she wanted to go home. So, I won't be sitting with her again. I didn't get her name but she looked to be in late 30's to mid 40's with longer blonde hair, Caucasian.
Great cut and makes our little guy feel at home
They were overwhelmed since someone didn't show up to work, the woman who cut my son's hair(I should have asked her name) did an excellent job. Didn't mind the wait time, it happens no matter where you go
Found a great stylist, Nora, cut, color, and shaped my hair to the way I liked it , and suggested next time something new
