Visited business on Thursday afternoon to get regular pedicure and manicure for $42. Came back this (Saturday) morning because polished chipped off after less than 72 hours. Owner wanted me to pay $13 to get gel polish of same color instead. Says this is how long regular polish last. Lies.. it must be the brand of polish used that can’t hold water. I am furious. Going somewhere else to get them polished again. Not giving them another dime.
I like going to this salon to get a manicure by Mia, she always does a fantastic job in cutting my finger nails. I play guitar and ukulele so I have to keep my nails short and trimmed, and they grow very fast. I usually visit Mia about every three weeks. Got a dip manicure on Tuesday and it’s already peeling off my nails (It’s Friday). Shape is awful. Color of tips is very uneven. Every single mail has bubbles.
I've been going to Diana's for over 14 years now. I've driven an hour and a half to get there and now I'm living in Florida and make sure I make an appointment whenever I go to PA. I just recently went up and Kevin gave me the BEST pedicure I've ever had. I have taken friends and family and would suggest them to anyone. Diana is truly the best! If only I could get her to move to Florida! Thank you for continuing the great service!
I’ve been going here for 14 years and I can’t say enough great things about this nail salon! Diana is an absolute delight. So is Jenny and the rest of the staff. You couldn’t pay me to go somewhere else. I’ve never left disappointed. Super clean and efficient And extremely reasonable for pricing. Love love love Diana’s Hatboro nails!!!
today i came in for an acrylic refill. i wasn’t expecting much because the price was so cheap. but, i was wrong! the place was stunning, so gorgeous inside and spotlessly clean. the temperature wasn’t freezing and it didn’t reek of alcohol. as soon as i walked in i was assisted by a very nice lady. she did my nails and she was so gentle and made sure i was okay with everything she did to the nails. 20 out of 10! i definitely recommend!! coming again!
I been going there for a long time. All most 9 years. Since they opened after the lock down because of the Pandemic customers are suffering. The prices have gone up dramatically and the service is bad. Appointments are not on time ???? I had an appointment and she took me 35 minutes after the scheduled time. The owner Diana is rude and unprofessional ????‍♀️ I don't recommend going there at all anymore. They don't wipe down the stations anymore or change the plastic in the basin witth the pedicures. This is very unsanitary.
Good customer service. Diana does the best nails. I show her a pic of how I wanted my nails n there were nice.
