Has such a huge selection on wigs. I was amazed. But wasn't so pleased how the New Black girls that work in the back of store was helping us and on her phone talking to her guy friend at the same time helping us. She told us to hold on while she answered her call to talk to him. Very rude.
The only beauty supply store for me. Great prices, great selection of products, friendly welcoming staff. The store is well lite, the aisles are a little all of two people are on the same in looking at products, but it's not to bad.
This use to be my store for wigs that’s why I’m giving it three stars ✨, but this time they sold me a fake Motown wig from what I tried on in the store. The wig was very shiny, not the same hairstyle/cut, and shedded all over my bathroom floor, very disappointed with this purchase. I do believe they started purchasing from a different seller and do not realize there are scammers pretending to sell authentic wigs.
Even though, we are going through a pandemic and businesses are losing money ????, selling a misleading product to customers will eventually cause you to lose more money,
Very helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable and the store is ALWAYS stocked for what I need. Customer service is fantastic and I don’t feel pressured to purchase anything. I been shopping here for years and will highly recommend this store to any and everyone looking for quality products.
I love the owner some how he seem to always remember me, THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I RECOMMEND FOR LOCAL SHOPPING! I don't have to buy often because he always has quality wigs for reasonable to low prices, huge selection, if you need any ANY HAIR CARE PRODUCTS FOR THE REAL PRICE GO HERE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST, no they don't follow you around the store, but they are always ready to assist, they hire young woman who know what you need and they are usually in the beautician field. I can only say good things about this place, I walk in and out fast with exactly what I want, this is the newest wig, it is amazing I also bought a blow dryer brush! Both are the bomb dot com. This is the most natural wig yet! Love it! I could go on forever, I've been a customer and patron since 2009! Or even probably before! Thank you guys for still serving the community I will continue to boast about you and send many your way. I think I sent two strangers who loved this wig this week!!

Great selection of hair and products. Only thing I don't like is how I'm almost kind of bugged by the young ladies that work there when I'm just looking or browsing. If I need help, I'll definitely find someone and ask for it.
Nice store just like the other shops nothing special. Prices are high, but they did have some wigs for $3.99...wow great buy! Lol
