Quick Facts About Envy Nails Spa
Envy Nails Spa, based on the comments provided, has both strengths and weaknesses that contribute to the overall customer experience. It is essential to analyze these factors to determine the overall quality of the salon.
Starting with the strengths, it is evident that some nail technicians are highly skilled and talented. Fiona, mentioned in one of the comments, is praised for her creativity and friendliness. This suggests that there are professionals within Envy Nails Spa who can provide satisfactory services to customers. Additionally, Arlene's expertise is mentioned in a positive light, indicating that the staff includes knowledgeable individuals.
The salon also offers a loyalty program, as mentioned by one commenter. The punch card system, where customers receive a discount after multiple visits, can be an attractive incentive for customers looking for long-term relationships with a nail salon. This demonstrates that the salon is making an effort to reward loyal customers and encourage repeat business.
However, there are notable weaknesses within Envy Nails Spa, as highlighted in several comments. The recurring theme of rushed service and poor customer service is a critical concern. Multiple customers complain about technicians rushing through their appointments, displaying a negative attitude, and not listening to their requests. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for the customer's experience can severely impact the overall satisfaction of clients. In a service-based industry like nail salons, customer service is paramount, and Envy Nails Spa appears to be falling short in this aspect.
Another significant weakness highlighted in the comments is inconsistent quality. Several customers have mentioned multiple visits because of poor-shaped and easily peeling gel nails, rough powder dip applications, and indents on their nails. This inconsistency in service quality suggests that the salon may lack proper training or supervision of its technicians. To maintain customer satisfaction and retain loyal customers, it is crucial to provide consistent and high-quality services.
Some customers have also mentioned concerns regarding the hygiene and cleanliness of the salon. One customer specifically mentions an unsanitary waxing room, which can be off-putting for potential clients. Maintaining a clean and sanitized environment is essential for any spa or salon, as it directly affects the customers' perception of the establishment and their overall experience.
Additionally, the dissatisfaction expressed by customers who received subpar nail services raises concerns about the professionalism and skill level of the nail technicians. The comment highlighting the use of a used file and the mismatched lengths of nails on one hand indicates a lack of attention to detail and precision. These are key factors that can greatly impact the final outcome and customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, while Envy Nails Spa has some strengths in the form of skilled nail technicians and a loyalty program, the weaknesses outlined in the comments are significant. Issues with rushed and poor customer service, inconsistent quality, lack of attention to detail, and potential cleanliness concerns can significantly impact the overall customer experience. Addressing these weaknesses is crucial for the salon to improve and regain the trust and loyalty of existing and potential customers.

Worse experience ever. Showed them what I wanted done and they didn’t even do close to what I wanted done and they still charged me $60 for gel polish and 2 nails with stickers that they used
The lady doing my feet is in a hurry. No one is in here for a pedicure except for me. It’s 1:15 they close at 5. Where is she going. She gets no tip from me
I came in to paint my toes and do my eye brows. The lady doing my toes was in such a rush, had a horrible attitude and didn’t listen to anything I said. I couldn’t even do my eyebrows because the “wax room” looked so unsanitary. Very very unsanitary practice I was treated very rude and will never come back.
Fiona is my nail tech. She is friendly, creative and very talented.
Have been a regular customer (every 3 weeks for 3 years). The business has really gone downhill. Shana was the best one there (she has since opened up her own business). I’ve had multiple people since her. I’ve had to come back several of times because of the poor quality. Nails are not shaped well, gel peels off, powder dip feels rough and there are indents on my nails from the powder dip manicures. The older lady nail techs are extremely rough and do an awful job (I get one color, no designs). Fiona was the next best thing, but the powder dip has been awful the last two times. Amy is the owner I am assuming. She is great whenever she has to fix something, but it’s impossible to get her since she is always booked. For how frequent I get my nails done, I expect better quality and will not be returning. Amy, all the best to you, but you should really consider some better nail techs for your business.
I haven’t had my nails done in over 10 years, and my nails are very short from biting, so I was nervous and knew my nails wouldn’t look perfect afterward. At a glance, they look decent, and are still a definite improvement over how they looked before. What’s not great: The nail tech used a file on me that had definitely been used multiple times before. My right thumb nail has a ripple/bubble on the edge. I showed her at the end and she filed it briefly but it didn’t improve it. The nails on my right hand are longer than the left. I showed her before the polish and she asked what was wrong and I said “I just would like them to match the left hand or be a little more similar in length.” She filed a little, but it’s still a pretty noticeable difference. I wouldn’t go back to this salon.
Just went for first time ever. Usually go across the street to the other salon but had a few bad experiences so tried Envy out for a fill. Had Shayna and she convinced me to do the SNS dip on my natural since my acrylic would of needed to be changed anyways due to pulling. So glad I did! They feel so light weight and look beautiful!! She just gained a returning customer! Plus she gave me a punch card for every 6 time you get $7 off. So even better! Lol
The people that work there are super nice people. I really enjoy Arlene's expertise in her work.
