5. Pedicure quality: A couple of customers were disappointed with their pedicures, mentioning issues such as lukewarm water, the cool temperature of hot towels, and feet not being properly scrubbed.
Conclusion:
Paris Nail Spa has several strengths that need to be acknowledged, including their commitment to sanitization, quality nail work, and some positive customer interactions. However, there are areas that require improvement, such as addressing issues with professionalism, inconsistent customer service, and maintaining consistent quality in all services offered. By addressing these weaknesses and building on their strengths, Paris Nail Spa can work towards providing a better overall experience for their clients.
Best TL Reviews
I’m a nail tech myself, I always support and give 20% and try not to be difficult because I understand, time is money. I had an outgrown acrylic toe I asked for my toes to be cut down as low as possible and have to acrylic toe removed. She did cut them down as low as possible. But when her attempt at removing it was hitting it with the drill a few times and then she explained she couldn’t. She could, she just didn’t want to because it requires time to remove an acrylic toe. I didn’t push I allowed her to glue the lifted nail. The nails turned out really pretty however, two days later the toe ripped off taking my nail with it. They wanted ro charge me for an acrylic toe when my nail was already long enough to begin with. I asked to have the toe removed. When I pointed that out the lady began to yell at me and be rude. I said, it’s cool I’ll pay it but it’s crazy because this was dead wrong. Because of their shortcuts, I have a broken nail, when it didn’t need to be. They claimed it’s cause the toe under was cracked. I told her it wasn’t then she claimed it was weak…this is the owner, who didn’t even see my toe while I got the pedicure lol. I wore boots she got smart and said if you wear boots like that then of course your toe would break, mind you, my toes were cute as short as possible. When this was pointed out the women who did my toes said she no longer wants to do them because she’s scared lol…mind you, I wasn’t rude or anything and I only raised my voice to tell the owner to stop talking to me the way she was, cause it was rude. Just pointed out their wrongs. My assumption is the women who was yelling was the owner. The women doing my toes name was Lynn. I’m baffled though, cause why are you scared? This experience was disappointing to say the least. They lost a great client cause I always tip 20%. Only thing I can applaud them for is sanitization. The liners in the pedicure thrones are great and the sterile implements are appreciated. Customer service…not really.
My 1st time there, basic however, my Tech was good. Received a Mani and Pedi, which cost $50, plus a $2.50 charge to pay via credit card. That's ridiculous. I expressed to the Owner a $2.50 fee cuts into her staff tips and she should consider charging $2.50 for services $20, or less.. I'm going back to my original salon.
Clean, quiet. Excellent job on jell nails. Pedicure was not good . Luke warm water l asked for more hot water that didn't happen. The hot towel she put on my feet was cool . Barely scubbed my feet.
OMG!! They are so gentle the girls there are so amazing Addy did my pedicure and let me tell u she is the BEST!!!
Ive been here a few times. Place is clean, nail work is just as good as the rest of them. Customer service needs to be worked on. Owner or manager whoever she is converses loudly across the room to other staff. It's obvious that they talk about there customers you don't have to know the language to read the room and body language. I hope management works on this because it is mentioned in other reviews as well.
I been coming here for about 2 years now. I love my nail tech Lynn who really gives me good recommendations for my nail health.
Second time back and my nails and toes look great!!!
First time no issue, second time my nails looked a little bubbly after my gel manicure. I told the gentleman that did them the day before and he apologized and fixed them with no problem!
Good Customer Service is what I look for and so far they've exceeded my expectations!
Such a great experience. Wait was long but I felt taken care of right away and my nails turned out so amazing. Thank you Cindy!
