3. Positive previous experiences: Some customers have been loyal to Queen's Nails for years and have had consistently good experiences. They praise the customer service and skill of the technicians in the past.
Weaknesses:
1. Poor quality nail services: Several customers had negative experiences with the longevity and quality of their nail services at Queen's Nails. One reviewer had dip nails done which started cracking and peeling within hours and had to be redone. Another customer mentioned they had to soak their nails and get a whole new set because the technician did not follow their request for a cheetah print design. The unevenness of the polish, quick lifting of gel polish, and poor paint job on a pedicure were also mentioned.
2. Inconsistent pricing and poor customer service: Multiple reviewers mentioned issues with pricing and customer service at Queen's Nails. One customer claimed that the salon kept changing their prices during their visit and charged $45 for an incomplete nail service. Another reviewer mentioned being yelled at and embarrassed by the staff during a visit. The lack of a warm welcome and a technician being on FaceTime the entire time were also mentioned as negative experiences.
3. Declining quality and lack of attention to detail: Some loyal customers have noticed a decline in the quality of services at Queen's Nails. They mentioned multiple disappointing experiences with manicures and pedicures, including lifting gel polish and poorly done paint jobs. The rough removal of cuticles and inconsistent application of nail polish were also highlighted.
In conclusion, while Queen's Nails has strengths in providing excellent pedicure and nail services, as well as having friendly and caring staff, it also has several weaknesses. These weaknesses include poor quality nail services with issues like cracking, peeling, quick lifting, and uneven polish. Inconsistent pricing, poor customer service, and a decline in the overall quality of services were also mentioned by customers. To improve, Queen's Nails should focus on enhancing the consistency and durability of their nail services, addressing pricing concerns, and improving customer service and attention to detail.

Absolutely amazing experience! Pedicure was top notch. And the tech did a phenomenal job on my nails. Well shaped and a really nice thickness. I wasn't sure about asking for a complex design, but Alex did a great job with a really solid attention to detail. I 1000% will be back.
I got dip nails done here this past Friday and within HOURS the nails were cracking. By day 2, every single nail had cracks through them and you could see the top coat peeling away. Today is day 4 and the top coat is starting to completely come off. I typically go to aquatic nails and the dip nails they do for me last 4 weeks without any of these things happening because I take extremely good care of my nails. I will not ever be going back. It was a complete waste of money. ($50+) Added photos with and without flash.
UPDATE: I called like I was told, explained why I called, and the person who answered said “okay” and then hung up on me. I’ll be adjusting my 2 star to a 1 star review.
My designs came out awful. They didn’t even shape my nails right. I can’t believe I wanted to try and new place and this was my result. Literally in tears how ugly they are and I have to get them re done for a wedding I have to go to. I didn’t even want to finish the other hand and ask to just let me leave at that point. Terrible experience!
This is a family owned business and everyone is so sweet. My go to girl is Tina she never disappoints! I have been going to her for 4 months and will never go to anyone else! She always does good work and is very friendly. She really cares about making her customers happy!! She can do simple or any design. Totally recommend Queen Nails!!
I was there for 3 hours. I was supposed to get a fill but I ended up having to soak my nails and let them do a whole new set. This set is not what I asked for. I asked for cheeta print and I go this. I have glue all over my hands and on top of that I was charged $60.
5/19/2021 I came in to talk and you yelled at me. You tried to embarrass me in front of your clients. You lied you charged me for a full set. I get it you need to money. If you wanted me to pay for a full set then just say that. I ended up paying to get them fixed that next morning and I’m about to get a polish change right now. It’s cool keep running these $60 scams and you won’t be in business much longer!
I went there they kept changing there prices while I was getting my nails did and I just ended up retting nothing at all no top coat both just a base and changed me 45 dollars for it not even to be done
Seriously the best set of nails ever! Not too thick & no weird lumps. They took their time & my nails and pedi was awesome ????
Updated 9/29. I went to Queen’s Nails again (after saying I wouldn’t be going back).
Shame on me.
To be honest, they weren’t my first or even second choice. But I needed my nails done BADLY, and they were the only salon with no wait on a Saturday afternoon.
The young man who did my nails and toenails was not very welcoming. He never even said “hello.”
He was on FaceTime with someone the ENTIRE time he did my nails and toes.
When it was time to do my pedicure, he didn’t even ask me what kind of pedi I wanted. He just chose the cheapest option for me - to get it over with, I’m sure.
He rushed through my pedi and I’m almost positive he skipped a step with my nail (I got the dip). As mentioned, I got my nails done Sat. It is now Thursday and my color is filling, cracking, and marring. I get my nails done regularly and don’t have these problems. I am not rough with my nails/hands.
I understand why there was absolutely NO one there when I arrived.
I have been a loyal Queen’s Nails customer for years, now - before Michelle and David were even the owners. With the exception of one (current) technician, everyone has always taken their time, providing top notch customer service and skill.
Lately, however, that customer service and focus on the job being done has just disappeared. I’d say the last 4 times I’ve gone, I’ve been extremely disappointed in the end result of either my manicure or pedicure, and sometimes both. For the amount charged, my gel polish should NOT be lifting off of my fingernails in less than a week, nor should my pedicure look as though a five year old did it.
Because Queen’s has always done a great job, I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt - several times. But, this last time was just it for me.
My manicure came out nice - I opted for the dip powder, this time - and over a week later, it’s still brand new looking. My pedicure, however, was awful. The lady who worked on me was extremely rough while removing my cuticles and the paint job was atrocious! She alternated between not enough paint on the brush to it being so much that it was dripping onto my skin! Sadly, that was my last time going to Queen’s, as at one time, getting a pedi and mani were definitely highlights of my week.
