I got my nails down the road for my wedding and was having a hard time getting them off. I stopped into this salon on my way home and asked if I could make an appointment for them to soak off for me . They said they didn’t have anything for the next morning but could accommodate me right then . I was really tired and needed next day but I also needed them off. I agreed they said it’d just take 15-20 minutes. The guy was super nice I didn’t catch his name. While he was soaking them off I heard a lady who works there I believe her name is Ana talk about how everyone asks for her etc. and someone called and she offered an appointment for next morning at 9:00 they didn’t take it. In my head I’m like wait. I just asked for an appointment and they said no. So I asked the guy if I could come in the morning for an appointment to just get my nails painted. He said no but he could do them now. I’m like “f” it I’m tired but I’m going in a trip and I just want to get it over with. I got gel paint. It was $15 for the soak and $30 for the paint. I left a $10 tip. He was so nice he deserved it his customer service is great, but his painting skills are not. It looks like I painted them myself and I’m horrible at it. If people pay for a service they should get there moneys worth. I won’t go there again. But they need to train the little old man , he tries. :(
I've never had a pedicure and this would always be my choice to get it done. Whether it's your first or your 100th time. My feet and legs feel amazing, they even have massage chairs to relax in while you get things done. Beautiful inside with a beautiful oceanside mural. The nail artists are very nice and help you relax while your there. It's been 10 years since I can say my feet were this beautiful and felt this good. They are soooo soft and comfy!! And the woman who did my husband's feet had me put on special foam sandals so I wouldn't ruin the polish trying to put mine on. So thoughtful. 5star and more!
Please Don't Come Here!
Spouse went in to ask if they were hiring and they could of said they weren't at the moment except the dude laughed in his face. He then called a girl over and she laughed in his face too. I get that the workers are mostly 1 specific race, but that just seems racist and discouraging to put others down.
Worst customer service ever!
Tried this place for the first time and I will never go back. The gentleman who helped me told me he wouldn’t do my nails shorter with the shape because they wouldn’t look good. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and it’s never been a problem. The dip powder was not put on evenly and there were huge dips in the nails. They were uneven, lumpy, crusty on the outer nails and the clear coat didn’t even cover the entire nail.
We returned the next day to talk to the owner. We were incredibly nice, explaining what happened and asked if they could be fixed. She helped us fix them but was very defensive and rude. She argued with us about them even though they were the worst looking nails I’ve ever seen. She said she was only fixing them because she had a cancellation and didn’t talk to us the entire time. As people who get their nails done every two weeks, I would hope she would want our business. I reiterate, we were not being rude. Only hoping that she could understand our frustration as paying customers.
Since when do the techs tell customers to shut up when requesting crooked nails be fixed correctly! Save yourself time and find another.
Mardi Gras inspired nails
I took my mother in law in here. I was very specific with her needs and wants as she doesnt speak english. She and i chose her colors and every thing. Tell me why did she come hime in a different color nails?? It seems like a simple thing to use the colors i asked.... it was supposed to match her dress. For a cultural event . For this reason 1 star.
