I come here for 2 reasons. It seems to be the only place where my gel manicure last a whole month & the exceptional customer service! I went in because I accidentally chipped one of my nails. She ended up making my whole hand look brand new. Every time I come the customer service is great and they treat you so good. Let's not forget the fact that they are actually talented at what they do. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get their nails done.
Queen Nails has a new owner and she is great. I had fills and a spa pedicure. My nails look awesome. Prices are very reasonable and the place has a friendly atmosphere.
We followed Mary from Vivian’s nails spa down in Springfield, she always does a great job she loves what she does and is passionate. Trust her with your nails and everything else, you won’t regret it.

Long story short, my nail tech was on a personal call the whole time of my service. She ended up cutting my skin badly with the nail clipper (I was bleeding she didn't even notice until I told her.) She painted my nails bad!!!! I could have just done this at home. Very upsetting. She wasn't paying attention at all. Never coming back here. You get what you pay for.
I really love Hana but the lady who sits in the front is very rude and has very bad customer service I have like 10 co workers who go to this nail shop this is the 3 rd time the lady was nasty to me and spoke about me in her language Asians don’t like black peoples but want to take the money from us She will make Hana lose 11 customers if she keeps it up
Their manicurist is so bad . She cut my hand so deep. Didn’t even apologize. So rude.
