I like how they did my acrylic nails and the designs are beautiful, but I did not like the acrylic nail removal process of using nail clippers to cut off the top layer of acrylic and then using a plastic nail tip to slide under the acrylic to try and pop off the rest of it. I'm missing a few layers on my nail bed and must now grow my natural nails out all over again.
Lady who did my nails had them different lengths and some were thicker than others. Was not satisfied. One of the men came out and looked at them and tried his best to fix them.

not a good pedicure from here. Will never go here again, when I saw how bas the pedicure turned out, I certainly did not get my nails done here, I went to another nail shop the next day & got fabulous nails! Too bad I made a bad choice choosing Elite nails in Jacksonville, AR fin the first place. $30.00 wasted!
Always get solar nails, Jimmy and his wife both are truly amazing. I’ve been using them consistently for 9 years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Got my nails done yesterday and two already popped off. Didn’t have time to go back to Jacksonville to get it fixed before my event so had to use super glue. Waste of over $70. If you are going to charge customers so much I would recommend getting more training especially for the lady nail tech. My hands had a lot of left over white residue after the service & I also got cut more than once both of which is also unacceptable. Sorry for the bad review but something needs to be fixed. $70 nails should not be falling off this easily. Please invest in more training
Poor service very unhappy with the results of my nails I asked for one thing and receive something totally different. I as the client was persuaded so he thought to accept what he was doing to my nails when all actuality he had no idea of what or how to do what I asked or requested. Due to the fact that I was in a rush and had no time with it being my birthday and being on a tight schedule preparing for a birthday dinner I could not have him or anyone else restart
Appointment was at 4 o’clock for 2 pedicures. It was not busy at this time or day. At 4:12 the lady was already done with my feet. Mind you my mother was still waiting to be serviced as well. I didn’t get any type of massage and the way my color looked was horrible. The woman who finished my pedicure just left my mother and didn’t even help. My mother waited almost 20 minutes until she was helped. Luckily she received a real pedicure meaning the massage,nails trimmed, dead skin removed.
Also, $30 for service that was horrible is ridiculous!! They need to take spa off of their business as well. Horrible!!!
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!! Only went for a take off this time and the guy just started cutting my nails down with the big clipper all the way to the nubs instead of soaking them off. My nails were dipped I told them that and acted like they were tips. I've been in the past and was disappointed with a pedicure was giving a chance like how can you mess up a take off they just don't care about the integrity of your nails. Moving to fast. I didn't stay to finish I left. It was not busy only me and one other person 10:00 am
