Tony drilled the corner of my real thumbnail off. He said it should be fine while I was in pain. I still feel a throbbing sensation. He did not lower the price. Tony offered to apply disinfectant and insist it won't cause any infection. He kept downplaying it. I can tell he was fairly new. Also, he made a few racial remarks. My heritage is Somali. There is no excuses for his behavior. I noticed that a few customers were starring at me as if I'm the Karen. I plan on visiting the doctors after my horrible experience.
I dont like posting reviews especially bad ones but would highly nit recommend this place. Went to get a dip powder fill. I told her to make it thick so they do not break and she said they were thick enough which I knew they were not but she did not want to listen and by the next day one of my nails is completely broken. They have been chipping and prior to chipping they were not filed even and the same length as my other hand. On top of it when I was getting my nails done the lady sat there talking too a coworker the entire time. Another worker was taking a nap in one of the pedicure chairs which I found not appealing. I was really hoping to find a place in Shakopee to get my nails done but this is definitely not the place and now I have to spend money again to get them fixed before Christmas but definitely not here.
Went in for a fill and claimed they couldn’t do a French over my fill. Had three nails to repair and they look horrible! Charged $53 and didn’t even cover my nail completely with polish and my nails that were repaired look like I have eggs on my fingers.
Got a acrylic set removed and a basic gel manicure done. Not sure if she skipped a step or didn't let it cure long enough, but a few hours after the manicure I noticed my left pinky nail had a huge bubble. The gel literally peeled right off the nail.
I am becoming very disappointed in going to e-nails. Pay way too much for a manicure and didn't even get my cuticles done or lotion... basically, just got my nails painted. They pressure you to do gel and charge $15 more.
If they mess up your nails, and you need to go back the next day to get it fixed, the new owner Jenny, will demand that you pay a full price because you had the audacity to ask them to repair the nails they messed up in the first place. She’s working to spruce up the physical look of the place, but what she needs to fix is her attitude and disrespect to customers who’s been loyal to this place long before she arrived. Never going back to this salon again.

Wish I lived here! Friendly, outgoing, fun women. Gorgeous manicure. I splurged on the pedicure because I’d been having knee and leg pain after my flight and YUP, it was amazing. 25 min massage and hot stones. They all went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming to everyone in there. And they saved me from a bad color choice. I’m the queen of color remorse so I really appreciated that!
