Quick Facts About Pro Nails - Burnsville

Pro Nails - Burnsville Place has received mixed reviews from customers, highlighting both strengths and weaknesses of the salon.
One of the strengths of Pro Nails - Burnsville Place is its welcoming and pampering atmosphere. Multiple customers have mentioned feeling special and well taken care of during their visits. This positive and friendly environment can enhance the overall experience for customers, making them feel comfortable and relaxed.
Furthermore, customers have commended the salon for the quality of their work. One reviewer stated that the staff "really know what they're doing" and praised the salon for doing a great job. This indicates that Pro Nails - Burnsville Place has skilled nail technicians who are capable of delivering satisfactory results to their customers.
In addition, some customers have expressed satisfaction with the service they received. One reviewer mentioned that the salon went above and beyond for their family and provided a "phenomenal" nail service. This indicates that Pro Nails - Burnsville Place has the ability to exceed customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
However, there are also weaknesses that have been pointed out by customers. One common complaint is regarding the pricing of services. A customer mentioned being charged more than expected for a basic pedicure, and another customer stated that they were not provided with clear pricing information. This inconsistency in pricing can lead to customer dissatisfaction and a lack of trust in the salon.
Another weakness of Pro Nails - Burnsville Place is the quality of some of the services provided. Multiple customers have expressed disappointment with their manicures and pedicures. Some mentioned issues such as nail polish not being applied properly and nails not being fully done. These instances demonstrate a lack of attention to detail and quality control, which can negatively impact the overall customer experience.
Additionally, a customer shared a particularly negative experience with a nail technician who was performing a nail removal. The technician was described as not being professional and even slapped the customer's hand while lecturing them. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and can greatly affect the customer's perception of the salon.
Furthermore, there have been complaints about the timeliness of service. One customer mentioned waiting a week for their nails to be done, which is a significant delay. Slow service can frustrate customers and affect their overall satisfaction and likelihood of returning.
Despite these weaknesses, there are also loyal customers who have had positive experiences at Pro Nails - Burnsville Place. One customer mentioned being a monthly client and expressed gratitude for the salon's service in addressing their specific nail concerns. This indicates that the salon has the ability to cater to individual needs and provide specialized services.
In conclusion, Pro Nails - Burnsville Place has both strengths and weaknesses as highlighted by customer comments. While some customers appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, quality work, and going above and beyond, others have expressed dissatisfaction with pricing inconsistencies, service quality, and negative experiences with certain nail technicians. It is important for the salon to address these weaknesses and strive for improvement in order to consistently provide a positive and satisfactory experience for their customers.

Best TL Reviews

This is my neighborhood nail shop and I love it. They do a great job and always want everyone to feel pampered and special. It's beautiful inside and they really know what they're doing. Highly recommend.
I went here years ago so I thought I would try again. Asked for a basic pedicure repeatedly and was charged $45 for it (not the basic pedicure price). After one layer, I noticed that the dip manicure was the wrong color. Instead of fixing right away, they tried to just layer the correct color which led to problems when filing with three layers of different color, chunks of dip came off. Finally got them to agree to remove it all and start over. She filed my nails so hard that they were burning from the electric file. I was so frustrated that I asked her remove it all and just do a clear coat. She was about to leave pieces of the old color before the clear coat. I picked the color off myself.
Incredibly disappointed in the entire experience.
Got my nails done on Saturday 07/30 for $55, ...my nails on 8/6....a week later!
I went in with my sisters and was pretty disappointed with my manicure (and they had some issues with theirs). As you can see, the nail polish isn't even on my whole nail! I can understand messing up one finger, but not literally every nail. Very disappointed that I spent money on a manicure for graduation and it doesn't seem to be fully done. Will not be returning.
I got my nails done at different salon for a wedding over the weekend and I wanted them removed. I googled the nearest nail salon and this was the one. I walked in and I told the tech I need my nails removed so she started working on them and started lecturing me the other nail salon I had my nails done at rushed me and that the process would hurt. And then when she started removing the nails it was kinda painful and my hands would tense so she started slapping my hands real hard telling me to relax. I asked her not to do that and that's not how you treat another adult and that she could simply tell me to relax. It very humiliting experience.I don't recommend this place, the treatment is subpar.
Absolutely wonderful team of women who went above and beyond for my family and I. They are very welcoming and do relaxing, phenomenal work on your nails. You won't be disappointed!
I would not recommend this location to anyone, horrible job on the pedicures. My wife and I scheduled our appointments here for 1:30pm, we arrive and the customer service was sketch. Asked what was the pricing for they’re selective pedicures and not one person could tell me. Wife and I are sitting there talking about how the lady cut her nails too short even after my wife told the nail tech that she wanted a French pedicure. Lady told us the Lux pedicure was 17 each, after they finished it comes out to be 101 for the total which I kind of already figured they didn’t want to tell us the actual price since they could already tell we were skeptical about having them complete our services. Not the best way to run a business but hey to each it’s own.
I have icky toes that grow very thick nails. I have been embarrassed about them for years and never wore sandals. Three years ago my daughter encouraged me to try this salon and so I did with her beside me. Jenny has taken me on with my problem toes and I could not be happier. She takes such good care of them and repairs them so they do not hurt when I wear shoes and I am proud to wear sandals again. I am a monthly client and so grateful for their service.
Thank you, Pronails!
