Decent experience overall. Some nails look different lengths and some are crooked but I still like them and I don’t think it’s that noticeable. There was a slight wait but I didn’t make an appointment so it was to be expected. I got acrylics in a squoval shape and they were 47$
I have been going to Eva nail Spa for a long time now. I had gone to other salons but my nails were weak and breaking. Luu was the first tech I had been to who actually cared about the wellbeing of my nails. He got my nails to be strong and firm, with still continuing to do my nails every 2-3 weeks with gel. He is friendly and great with communication. He cares about his work and his clients!!! Luu is definitely the best nail tech!
Ask for Kim. She does an excellent job on manicures & pedicures. She is also respectful of your time if you are in a hurry.
A couple things about this spa…
1.) the employees have always been sweet and professional.
2.) the owner Sally will be overly loud and rude with employees in front of you, even walking away from doing your manicure herself dragging out and missing steps in doing your nails.
3.) my friend and I received the same $30 pedicure but charged me $55. I even double checked MULTIPLE TIMES that I was receiving the basic package which they said yes I was.
4.) a $55 pedicure is not even an option, needless to say I will not be going back or refer anyone to this business.
Very beautiful nail salon, clean and smells nice. The women I had was wonderful and very pleasant. I wanted my nails removed and paint over my natural nails; She did such a good job:)
Gorgeous nails every time nails everytime I get them done there maybe a lil pricey but love it. Excellent customer service
Went there today to get a pedicure and they sat me in the chair. So my feet were soaking in COLD water for about 20 min. I kept waiting.... Finally, an old man lean and short came to provide the service. He was not sure what service to provide. Was confused. I told him i need a pedicure. He was like asking me questions why did you get the gel paint done It’s so hard to remove. I was like this is the service you provide and charge for why you asking me this question?? He was so rude. Do not have any manners how to talk and approach a customer. And he was trying to make faces and talk in his local language with his co-worker about the kind of request I am asking. I had a nail broke in one of my feet fingers and he is like this nothing see my finger I hit mine with a hammer and it’s totally damage. I am like what the heck is he trying to tell there. A customer has come to get a service which needs to be professional and have the manners in a way to talk to your client rather than just making nonsense comments. Eva Nails you need to train or fire him if you want to sustain your permanent customers. I am not sure if I will visit them again for this kind of arrogant service provided today.
Have been going here for YEARS! I get so many compliments on my nails, love Eva Nail Spa!!
