Guy was upset that he took an hour to give a hair cut that he didn't even fade. Asked for a taper and instead gave a buzz cut . When bringing up the mistakes the barber asked "how long do you expect me to work a simple haircut?" LOL it's so simple that he messed it up.
Also terrible service. If you are on the lookout for a new barber do not go to male cutting in the second seat on the left.

Unacceptable. Do Not Go to the guy on the Right with the glasses. I feel so bad ,tomorrow is my son birthday and I haven't been able to drive to his barber for a health reason that keeps me from driving far. I figured we could try this place because of the reviews but now I'm disappointed and my child is embarrassed to go to school tomorrow.
My husband and son went to get a hair cut and arrived 10 minutes before they opened at 8am. They were told that without an appointment they would need to come back at 9. No problem, came back at 9 and checked in. They knew appointments came before walkins and expected to wait. THEY WAITED 4.5 HOURS! It was the principal for my husband to wait and see just how long they would allow them to wait. From 9am to 1:30pm they sat and waited. That is insane and the lack of empathy from the staff was disgusting. Will never go back here. With or without an appointment they need a system where people are not waiting 5 hours for a haircut or move to an appointment only barbershop. ZERO STARS.
Every experience I have at this Barbershop is always fantastic! The staff is always on point and seem to run a very tight ship! Edward is my barber and never let's me down ! There’s A lot of barbershops in town but nothing like Exclusive Cutz They make you feel Welcome every time you go there and there place is clean.So if you want a great haircut either for you or your child this is the right place to go!!!
They do cut hair decently but it just takes way too long on top of being skipped in line for regulars, just an unwelcoming experience.
Took a shot in the dark and called a day ahead for a cut. They set me up with Nick. It's been a while since I've experienced a good, Old fashion barber shop. The other guys were all really chill and I got an excellent cut from Nick. I'll surely be a return customer
Have been coming here for years and have been using Edward whom is always quick friendly and attends to every details. The shop overall is always kept clean, cool and smelling fresh. 10/10 would recommend a local shop of barbers who have pride behind their work.
