I took my mom to get her hair done for her birthday. The lady who did my mom's hair, Perla, was amazing, my mom has a lot of hair and she did an awesome job, really spend time with her and her customer service was outstanding!
Terrible la atención, así que no lo recomiendo, mi esposo había dejado de ir porque un día pidió cita llevaba como 1 hora esperando y pasaban gente que había llegado después de él, luego volvió hace unos días y lo atendieron rápido, hoy llamo y pidió cita para el y nuestro hijo llegamos veinte minutos antes, llevábamos rato esperando 3 señoras estaban ocupadas una duro más de 40 minutos cortándole el pelo a un sr parece le pagan por charlar y no por corte, otra llego con comida, otra desde que llegamos hasta que salimos estaba en el celular, nos preguntaron con quien queríamos pasar y dijimos que con cualquiera que estuviera disponible después de un rato pasaron un sr y a su hijo que habían llegado como media hora después de nosotros y ni siquiera estaba con cita, mi esposo le dijo a la Sra y está le respondió que la que nos iba a atender estaba comiendo ????♀️????♀️ de verdad que falta de respeto que jueguen con el tiempo de las personas de esta manera.
Im really dissatisfied and disappointed .i gave the lady my haircut style told her how i wanted it and got the opposite.Then she says oh i didn't hear you when i spoke perfectly fine .This uppset me so much it took a whole hour im never going back Genisis lost a customer today .I also noticed that they dont display the haircutting license.Never again will they
See me.(they make up excuses too so be ready for that).
My mom found this place and the first time I went the hairstylist did a really bad job. She cut my hair uneven and did not do the shave as I requested. She wanted me to know the number to shave... How am I supposed to know that, I'm not a stylist.
I gave it another opportunity because I really need a salon and found Wendy. She is awesome! She has done a great job with my wife's hair, daughter, mom and myself. We've gotten color, shave, and even a straightening treatment.
Ask for Wendy when you are there!!!

I called to schedule an appointment with Wendy and found out she no longer works there... What a loss!
I love it Today i got my haircut and is not bad at all . The service more then great Spanish available so communication is no problem. Fast and not spending long line. Quick.i give five stars cause Perla is very professional. I like her way. Thanks Perla
Called to see if they were open and if they were taking appointments, the person answered, said hello and hung up as soon as I started speaking. If you are closed, say you are closed or don’t answer at all. Easy no for me.
DO NOT COME HERE. They waste your time. This is the third time I come with an appointment and they make me wait for over an hour. Taking clients who are walk ins before me. It is very unfair.
Bueno está fue mi experiencia no me gusto pedí un corte y salí con otro aparte nunca me informaron que si me planchaban el pelo me iban a cobrar, la persona que me atendió nunca me lo informó fue mi primera vez y la ultima claro tal vez hacen buen trabajo pero con migo no y es un consejo que les doy.Expliquen al cliente lo que se le va a cobrar antes de hacer el trabajo
