Quick Facts About Chrome Nail Bar

Chrome Nail Bar has several strengths and weaknesses, as indicated by the comments provided.
One strength of Chrome Nail Bar is that they are able to accommodate walk-ins and take last-minute appointments. One customer mentioned that they were able to get in without any trouble, even though the salon seemed busy. This flexibility and availability is a positive aspect of the salon.
Another strength mentioned by a customer is the professional and thorough pedicure they received. The customer appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the use of massage chairs. This indicates that Chrome Nail Bar provides a comfortable and enjoyable experience for customers.
Additionally, a customer mentioned that Tony did a fantastic job on their nails. This indicates that the salon has skilled technicians who can provide high-quality service. Positive reviews about the technicians demonstrate that Chrome Nail Bar has knowledgeable staff who are able to meet customer expectations.
On the other hand, there are several weaknesses identified by customers in regards to the services provided by Chrome Nail Bar. One common complaint is the lack of attention to detail. One customer mentioned that their nails were not properly shaped and their cuticles were excessively ground down. Similarly, another customer mentioned that their daughter's design was not what she wanted and the technician became rude when she tried to address the issue. These comments suggest that the salon may not prioritize customer satisfaction or may lack attention to detail in their services.
Another weakness mentioned by customers is the wait time and disorganized scheduling. One customer mentioned that they had to wait 30 minutes to be seated, and another customer mentioned waiting 45 minutes before being assigned to an empty chair. Additionally, a group of customers had to wait and were ultimately not serviced at all. These comments highlight an issue with the salon's efficiency and scheduling management.
Hygiene and cleanliness appear to be another weakness of Chrome Nail Bar, as mentioned by multiple customers. One customer stated that their tools were not properly cleaned, while another mentioned the absence of a plastic cover over the basin for water. Furthermore, a customer experienced a severe bacterial infection as a result of their pedicure, indicating a potential lapse in sanitation practices.
Lastly, customer service was mentioned as a weakness by several individuals. One customer described the pedicurist, Lisa, as rude and unprofessional. They also mentioned that Lisa made their toes bleed during the service. Another customer commented on the poor customer service, stating that the owners should reconsider their hiring process. These comments suggest that Chrome Nail Bar may need to improve their customer service training and ensure a more positive experience for customers.
In conclusion, Chrome Nail Bar has strengths such as flexibility with appointments, skilled technicians, and a comfortable atmosphere. However, weaknesses include issues with attention to detail, long wait times, hygiene practices, and customer service. It is important for the salon to address these weaknesses in order to improve customer satisfaction and maintain a positive reputation.

Was not impressed and will not got again! $50 and my granddaughter would have done better, usually I am ticklish but it was so lightly done and just the heal softly done I wasn't tickled at all! Did not clean the side of my nails just bearly the tips. They kept asking me if I had an appointment, I did I had called 1.5 hour early but I dont know if it was written down?? Going to have to find another in a week or 2! Anyone knows a good pedicure place??
The worst experience I've had getting acrylics. My 16 year old daughter was with me as well and her experience was just as bad. The gentleman that did mine, never asked what kind of shape I wanted, I should have spoke up, ground my cuticles to a pulp and left them so thick it was comical. The gal that did my daughters never got off her phone when she was trying to explain what kind of design she wanted, needless to say the design she gave was hideous and nothing like she wanted and when my daughter politely tried to say that's not what she was wanting the lady became down right ornery. Will never be back, ended up going to Angel Nails in St George the next day and they were amazing, fixed them and gave us exactly what we were wanting. The looks on their faces when fixing them said it all.
I was just in town visiting for an event and I had trouble finding a place that could get me in. I had no problem getting in at Chrome and it was not for a lack of customers. Tony did my nails and they looked fantastic! The gel held up very well to my move. I would recommend this salon to other people
Best nail salon in Mesquite! Fun, friendly atmosphere and extremely professional and thorough pedicure. The massage chairs are the best too! I will definitely be here every month.
Highly recommend!
Had an appointment for 4 pedicures. They made us wait 30 mins to get 1/4 of our people in the chair. We waited another 20 minutes then dipped. They were rude and told us they’d get us in soon but never did. Another woman came in for her appointment and they told her to come back.
I had a 12:00pm appointment waited for 45 minutes before I was told to sit in an empty chair. The water was scolding so I couldn’t soak my feet. They no longer had the plastic cover over the basin for water. One of the ladies giving pedicures just kept using the
same tools without cleaning. I had a pedicure she spent way too long clipping the non existing
skin. Everything looked nice so I tipped $10 paid $45 and left. That night my toes started to itch so I tried hydrocortisone cream. By the next morning my toes and feet were red and very itchy. I went back to the shop and asked to have my gel polish removed. It was quite painful at one point I asked if my toenail was still there. That night my ankles started to itch and my big toes each had a red line under the cuticles. Four toes on each foot were red with splitting skin. I went to see my doctor and at first look she said” boy you have a really bad Bacterial Infection”! I am now on a very strong antibiotic 3 times a day for 7 days, it leaves my mouth with the taste of metal. Please for your own safety look somewhere else! There are plenty salons in Mesquite to choose from. Chrome Nail Salon is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
Lisa is the absolute WORST pedicurist I have ever been to! She was rude, unprofessional, complained about my feet because I needed a little extra work done and acted like she was bothered that she had to do it. I had to keep asking her to be gentle because she was making my toes bleed. Honestly, she seemed to not like her job. This was my first time there and I won’t be back! The customer service sucks! The owners need to rethink who they hire!
Last couple of times I had a dip powder manicure, the top coat peeled off. So this time, I went back and Traci put another top coat on after filing away the old. It turned out very bumpy and no gloss. Looks terrible. No one else in Mesquite will remove the dip powder, so I have to go back to them one more time. I will deal with natural nail from here on.
Also, their customer service is horrible. Would not recommend.
