First Impressions Barber Shop has received a wide range of comments, both positive and negative, which provide insights into the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment. By analyzing these comments, we can gain a comprehensive understanding of the barber shop's performance.
Starting with the strengths, many customers mention the exceptional cutting skills of specific barbers in the shop. Tony, the owner, received high praise for his unmatched cutting skills and exceptional service. Customers comment on feeling at home when they walk through the front door, and they appreciate the barbers' willingness to engage in conversations about life issues. This indicates that the shop has successfully fostered a sense of community and comfort, making customers feel at ease during their visit.
The ability of the barbers to cater to different hair types is also recognized as a strength of First Impressions Barber Shop. One customer mentioned that their son's hair, which is not course, was cut excellently by a barber named Fredric. This shows that the shop can cater to a diverse clientele and provide quality haircuts regardless of hair texture.
Moreover, First Impressions Barber Shop has received positive feedback regarding their customer service. Customers appreciate the attention to detail and care provided by the barbers. For example, Alex paid close attention to the growth pattern of a customer's son's hair and successfully controlled his cowlicks. This demonstrates the barbers' ability to understand and address individual customer preferences, ensuring a satisfactory experience.
However, there are also weaknesses highlighted in the comments. This indicates that there may be inconsistencies in the quality of haircuts provided at First Impressions Barber Shop. Furthermore, another customer complained about the high price they had to pay for a subpar haircut, suggesting that the pricing may not always be justified by the quality of service.
Additionally, there were a few instances where customers mentioned disappointing experiences with other barbers from the shop. This indicates that not all barbers in the establishment may provide the same level of skill and service. The reliance on specific barbers like Tony and Alex may imply a lack of consistency in the overall performance of the shop.
In conclusion, First Impressions Barber Shop has notable strengths such as the exceptional cutting skills of certain barbers, a welcoming and friendly environment, and the ability to cater to different hair types. The barbers have been praised for their attention to detail and customer service. However, there are weaknesses, including inconsistencies in the quality of haircuts and the potential lack of consistency across all barbers in the shop. Overall, First Impressions Barber Shop has a strong customer base and loyal following, but there may be room for improvement in terms of the consistency and quality of service provided.

Tony, the owner, had cut my hair for the past 13 years. His cutting skills are unmatched. You won’t find a better barber.
First impressions is by far the best barber shop that I've went to. If you go through the front door you are instantly transported to the movie The Barbershop. Youll feel like your home. Everyones friendly and inviting and they're always talking about life issues. Hits home sometime lol. Anyhoo they cut all types of hair not just course hair. I just went there today for my son hair cut and fredric looked at the picture one time and executed it. I would highly recommend this establishment.
I was recommended to a guy named Derrick. I came and he cut my hair for the first time. He did an excellent job. I have found my barber and would recommend him. I'm a woman and he cut it awesome and feminine. I recommend anyone to come check him out; you won't be disappointed. Blessings to all in that shop.
If i could give this establishment a rating of zero I would. This is the worst barber shop I have ever been to. So bad in fact i had to buzz of my hair because the haircut was detriment to show in public. Not to mention paying 40 dollars for a worse than mediocre haircut should be illegal
I've been getting my haircut from Tony and he has provided me with exceptional service, managed multiple hair changes for me and is a top notch guy.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I went to a few shops to get my hair trimmed and they didn't know how to trim my hair.WOW SMH! Who does that? On my way home, I came across your shop and decided to stop by. Although it was after hours, The barber,Fred, took me anyways. I spoke to Fred and he assured me that he knew how to trim just my ends. I haven't had my hair trimmed in 3 years so that I can grow the relaxer out naturally and he did an amazing job. It was so neat and even. When I went to the salon at Amie's hair braiding, 5900 Maxham Rd #10th, Austell, GA 30168, to get my hair braided, she noticed the difference right away. Thank you so much Fred, your'e the best and I will continue to come to you each time that I take my braids out.
Alex was great. He cut my son Peace’s hair as a last minute walk-in to get him ready to start school the next day. I loved that he paid close attention to the growth pattern of my son’s hair and told me he would get his cowlicks under control. My son moves a lot while getting his hair cut, and Alex worked around him with ease.
We recently relocated from California and have been thru several barbers here in Georgia and all have disappointed us. Alex came thru as the MVP and saved the day. I will certainly be bringing my son back.
Im very picky when it comes to who I let cut my hair I’m from Michigan and just relocated to ATL I let a few Barber from this shop cut my hair and was very impressed. Tony who I mainly got to who is very professional and always take his time on every customer head. If you in the area I prefer for you to check them out yourself. Best shop in town.
