First and last time entering this Barber Shop it took the barber 6 minutes to cut my hair when normally it's about 20 to 25 minutes one of the reasons is cuz he missed a few spots around my head I brought it to his attention and he says that's how the cut is.... not a good cut and bad customer service????????

I've been coming to this Barbershop for year! I'm not too happy with the new additions that talk about personal things next to Isabel, one of the original barbers. I keep coming back because of the original barbers, its nice to talk to them except when the new additions are talking so loud, QUE CHUSMERIA! Love the original babers!
Every time i go to this barbershop they always have an excuse to not cut the hair of my toddler son. I work weekdays and can only come during the weekend. I’m too busy, so I came back. I’m going in break, I don’t like cutting kids hair, is he squirmy? All in all it’s always a million excuses and a waste of time.
I cannot know the result because I did not have the opportunity to have my hair cut, they are very unprofessional, customer service is terrible, it took 50 min for someone to ask me what I expected, and tell me that they could not attend me, there is no advertisement of appointments but they do not attend you if you arrive, very bad customer service.

Isabel is the only female barber there all this time. She is the best of the best. They have barbers for kids, young and seniors clients.
