It's just the right size if a store. One side has the hair and beauty, the other has the hair (wigs, weaves, etc.). The staff is soooo nice. They have regulars who come in and they know them on a first name basis.

Staff all across the board are awesome. The young lady (light complexion with curly reddish hair)that helped me with the Mielle products was very knowledgeable! The inventory within the shop is definitely wide with plenty of products to chose from!

As a frequent customer, who have spent a lot of money here I was very disappointed when I bought a bracelet that broke before I made it home. I called them as soon as it happened and was told to come in to exchange it. When I went back, I was refused an exchange and told they can exchange it for half price. Even though it was a quality issue. I will never spend money in any of their locations and will spread the word to everyone I know. That is poor customer service.

The staff is rude! The owners are equally as rude! I was followed and watched the entire time o was in the store. No customer service. I asked about hair and the cashier acted as if I bothered her! I purchased a wig. Got home & tried it on and it looks absolutely nothing like it does on the box. Of course there’s no refunds or exchanges! I’ll never go back to any of their establishments!

Not all black people are thieves. I don’t like being followed down every aisle. Will be shopping at the store next to dollar tree for now on. They treat me like I want to spend my money not steal a $20 wig

Always helpful. They don't follow you around the store. You can shop in peace and help is available. Their prices are fair too, not the normal mark ups you see in other beauty supply stores.
