Best TL Reviews

Horrible experience. They are rude and snippy, and the service is mediocre at best. The owner is sketchy and charges extra fees to customers who are new and don't know any better. He has tried to charge me and my family numerous times for "long nails", "shaped nails", and soaking. This is illegal since it was not posted anywhere in the store. He has since added a small sign at the front stating that there may be additional charges, but it doesn't list the price. He told me $5 extra for coffin shaped nails and then I heard him tell another customer it was $10. Very disappointing behavior from an owner looking to make some extra money off of customers who don't know any better. If he does this to you, just know its illegal if it isn't posted.
I stopped coming here vecause I felt that they were over charging me. I've never been to a nail salon that charges you for any shape of nail except square. Everytime I get my nails done here they charge an additional fee because my nails are coffin shaped. Initially I thought the charge was for the very first shaping, but that's not the case.
After not coming here for so long, I decided to try again but this time I was only getting a pedicure. I had gel polish on my toes when I arrived and found out that I would be charged an additional $8 for them to remove the gel polish in order to do my pedicure. Removing nail polish, be it gel or regular is a part of a pedicure. I have never been charged for this anywhere else I've been.
All to say, I'm willing to spend money when getting my nails and toes done. But being charged for services that should be included is ridiculous to me. Not to mention, they're very rude about telling you all their extra fees. I won't be back after this, not even in emergency.
Easta does a great job on my nails. Very accommodating. They have a lot of sns colors to choose from. The only thing I don't like is they try to rush you when your trying to pick out what color you want.
Came here with a group to get our nails done the night before a wedding. The pedicure was fine, and held up fine. That’s why this review gets two stars instead of one.
For the manicure, another technician swapped in, and used a topcoat instead of a basecoat. That’s bad. You’re not supposed to do that. That stuff goes on top, for a reason. I didn’t realize what he did till it was too late.
My nail polish peeled off my nails in giant slabs the next day. Which would’ve been annoying, but not that big a deal, except for the above mentioned wedding, which was that day. I had a lot of prep stuff I needed to do that day, so I didn’t have the time to go get my nails redone. Luckily I did get a chance to run out and grab a bottle of that polish color, so I was able to camouflage the carnage, but not till the last minute before the event.
My horribly chipped nails are going to be in all the “getting the bride ready” photos. Just what every bride wants. This added so much unnecessary stress to my day, from something that should’ve been pleasant and relaxing.
The photo showing all my nails is from Sunday, two days later. I wasn’t trying to get the nail polish off my nails, it just came off like that.
Wonderfully relaxing experience! Staff was accommodating and we were attended to upon entering!
Spotless, safe, social distancing strictly enforced Appointment only Expensive but worth it, these days Got my first SNS manicure! Loved it.
This place.is dirty and smells terrible. I made an appointment for my daughter, and they didn't even check the book to confirm it. They make you wear a mask, even if you're vaccinated. They put a mask in my daughter without my consent and didn't ask me first. The customers were rude, and they did a poor job on my daughter's nails. The price is on the cheaper end, but I you get what you pay for. I'm never going back there.
The staff here is incredibly kind and courteous, the nail techs were super accommodating and did an AMAZING job on my nails. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place. Everyone was very professional and welcoming and the store was very clean. It was clear the staff knew what they were doing! The price is phenomenal especially for the high quality nails. I would recommend this store to everyone, this is by far my favorite salon!
