They had did good at 1st the lady but then the woman has too go on break I guess and a man took over. And my pinky nail is bigger then the other and my thumbnail is bigger then the other. Some our crooked. And then they didn't do the design I wanted.... Just not Happy that I paid $45.00!dollars and I'm not liked other people can go get my stuff done all the time. My hubby was treating me to this. And they messed them up. Which I'm not going to tell him that. It break his heart ????...
I honestly like my nails but for the experience, it was not worth 50 dollars. The lady who did my nails was really rough with the file and buffing block. When she started using the nail drill she kept hitting my lateral and proximal nail folds (sides of fingers and upper cuticle area). I know she didn't mean to but when I would jump in pain, she would apologize and keep accidentally doing it again which made me bleed.. another thing that was somewhat unsettling was when I came back from washing the nail dust off my hands she was using the cuticle nippers on her fingers before using them on mine. I don't know much about nail salons because I don't usually go but I'm pretty sure those are supposed to be disinfected between each customer. She was a really nice person and I won't include her information or work station because I don't think she needs to be called out, I would just appreciate if the company would work as a whole to improve the quality of customer service and care, Thank you.
So, I don't have my nails done often, but this is been steady my favorite place to go since I've been having my nails done at all, the lady that did my nails was great, she continuously asked if they were okay if this is what I wanted etc. And it was. This is my first time getting an ombre done, so they're not awful, the problem I'm currently having is that it's been 3 hours and one of my designs is already flaked off, I spent $80 including the tip today for a design to not even last a full day, two stars because I want to give them the benefit of the doubt cuz like I said my favorite place to go, but I'm super sad about this.
Went in for a pedicure and a full set. Pedicure started as soon as I got there two hours later, I am still sitting there waiting for them to finish the (what I thought and told them I wanted, which was regular black nail polish) polish. Was annoyed by this time when I went to leave they wanted to charge me $70 for the pedicure. I said why it was a regular pedi with regular polish only to be informed that the lady put gel polish on me so I still had to pay $50 for the service. I left without getting my nails done.
I was really pleased with this place. The woman who did my pedi did a great job. My nails looked fabulous. No waiting & lots of chairs. Good price. The only thing I didn't care for was that they don't use individual plastic lining in the tubs for each pedi. Other than that it was super.
They finally reopen then overbook! My nails look horrible because they rushed to do them. I just paid 40.00 for some nails i could have did at home with an acylic kit from Walmart. Usually this was a great place but now it's feeling different and very much more profit driven and less customer service. I don't know if i will return again, which is so sad considering before this mess i gave my business to them faithfully for my nails and feet every 2 weeks for 2 years now.
My regular nail salon was closed unexpectedly so for the first time in a few years I thought I'd give this one a shot again. After forty five minutes of waiting, one of the nail artists messed up a little girl's nails so badly that another nail artist approached her and told her she had to remove the polish from the client's nails. I couldn't see what was done but she kept telling her she had done it incorrectly and the finished product wouldn't look right. The little girl sat there apologizing to the nail artist, when she did nothing wrong, and the artist huffed and puffed and ignored her. I would have happily waited longer for something that is a walk in service but seeing that go down quickly sent me out the door.
Very nice there.they take good care of mother in law.
