Paid over $250 for a wig for my daughter on Christmas Eve she opens it and it has less than 1/2 inch of lace on the inside. Try to take it in to exchange and they won't allow an exchange. Wasn't even asking for a refund. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years I am done. I will never spend my hard earned money in that place again. It's sad that they have no customer service. They would rather lose you as a customer then to retain a value customer

I have been coming to this store for years, since I was a young teenager. But I can't help but feel uncomfortable every time I come in. The lady at the register stares you down as if you're going to steal something. The old man does the same thing, but he'll actually walk toward you to see what you're touching. I'm very much into cosmetology, and today I didn't have one particular thing I was looking for. I just came to see what new products they have and I did need some additional hair care items. I walked around for about 15 minutes or so, just looking around because they have a lot of supplies. I heard the old man call someone on the phone as if he was reporting something, and he walked toward me and then turned around. It's really sad and hurtful when things like this happen. I may be jumping to conclusions but I feel like this EVERY time I come in there, and that's one reason I don't come very often. I am an African American woman with an Afro, and they don't cater very much to truly natural hair. I shouldn't feel like this, and energies DO NOT lie. Why even have a business in this neighborhood if you're scared every customer is going to steal???!! They just lost a good customer.
