Overall, the strengths of Fendi Nails include a welcoming atmosphere, efficient scheduling, reasonable prices, and satisfied regular customers. Additionally, there are positive comments about the friendliness of the staff and their consistency in providing good services.
However, the weaknesses of Fendi Nails are also apparent. Several customers mention issues with the quality of the services, including uneven nail work, clumpy dip powder, and nails cut too short. Additionally, there are complaints about communication issues and a lack of attention from the owner when customers express dissatisfaction. One customer even warns others to stay away from the place due to overcharging and a bad job done.
In conclusion, Fendi Nails has both strengths and weaknesses. While they receive positive feedback regarding customer service, pricing, and consistent quality from regular customers, there are also negative comments about service quality, communication, and the handling of customer complaints. Fendi Nails may benefit from addressing these weaknesses to improve overall customer satisfaction.

I feel welcome each time I come and the gals here really know their stuff. They manage that schedule book like a pro; I've seen them squeeze in walk-ins with emergencies and still make sure their regulars are taken care of well and on-time. They don't rush you in/out unless that's what you need. This is not the kind of place where they try to get you to do both your pedicure and your nails at the same time; they want you to enjoy each experience individually.
Met a friend in Anthem (30 minute drive for me) to get mani/pedis together. The prices were great, $35 for the both, and a la carte for callus removal ($5), sugar scrub($5), and gel polish($15).
Pedicure was about 35 minutes, included several minutes of leg/foot massage. Nails were about half an hour, with gel pop. Everyone was nice, no communication issues. My friend’s French manicure (+$5) was done freehand by Tammy and looked AMAZING.
I did have a problem with my ring finger polish. It didn’t seem to set. It was my first time for gel polish so I wasn’t sure if that was normal. However I called later that day and she said to come in. Since I couldn’t get back up there that day she told me to come in the next day. They redid those nails, apologized, and made sure I was happy with it before I left.
Even though it’s a half hour trip, the prices are good and the quality seemed good as well so I’ll probably go up there for my mani/pedis from now on!
I love this place! Affordable prices and efficient employees. Also, workers are just doing their job. No unwanted conversions. I’m relaxed and my nails are done the way I want them to be.
I've been going here for 10 years & they're exceptional professionals. Just wonderful people and they do an excellent job! They are always friendly & always consistent with their services pricing.
First time using Fendi. Got an appointment quickly, nice, clean and Tammy was very nice. Loved my nails.
$52 for a pedi (I had to clean off the nail polish that hit the toes) and a simple gel nails (toes and fingers). Anyone can see how uneven this is, the thumb is missing color, the ring finger has a hole in it and all nails are uneven. The right hand looks exactly the same.
She checked me out (the owner) knowing how horrible job she did charging FULL price!!! Keep in mind the first I went it was bad but she promised me I’ll have her next time. Booked this appointment 4 weeks in advance, and got someone else for pedi and feet who was also supposed to to my nails and mani! Because the owner didn’t bother, or whatever she was doing. She was there when I walked in, and was there again when I started complaining!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! over-changed and extremely bad job!
Had an appt for 3:00pm, being a new customer they didn't seem to care and told me it would be a 20min wait after waiting 10min already. They took another customer that walked in after me...you think they would've told me then that they were delayed. Will not be back again, they should have called to notify me. It's apparent to me already they don't care about their customers especially being a new one. Oh well, move on.
First time here. Unfortunately, really disappointing experience. The woman didn't say a word the entire time I was there. I don't think she spoke English as she ignored everything I was asking. I got dip powder and it was clumpy (not smooth). She also started the power about a quarter way up, which looked like I had gone 2-3 weeks and was ready to get my nails done again. Also, all of my long nails were cut way too short and different lengths. The owner tried to fix them but said it's the best she could do. There was no lotion or hand massage. Expensive day only to go somewhere else to have them redone.
