Quick Facts About Feyodi Creek RV Park
Feyodi Creek RV Park has several strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided.
One strength of the park is its disc golf course. It is described as a mix of open and wooded areas, which offers a diverse playing experience. The open area is well maintained, providing a pleasant and enjoyable environment for players. However, the wooded section is mentioned as being more wild, suggesting that it may require additional maintenance and attention.
The cleanliness and safety of the park is also highlighted as a strength. Visitors mention that the park and the surrounding areas are clean and well-kept. The presence of a park attendant driving around to ensure everything is okay contributes to a feeling of safety and security.
Another strength of the park is its location on the Arkansas River, which offers an excellent fishing spot. This is likely to attract fishing enthusiasts and provide them with a enjoyable experience.
The park's bathroom facilities are also noted as a positive aspect. Visitors mention that the bathrooms are decent and usable, providing a necessary amenity for campers and day visitors. The fact that the bathroom facility is open all night is seen as a convenience.
The peacefulness and tranquility of the park are mentioned multiple times as strengths. Visitors appreciate the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and find the park to be peaceful and quiet. This is likely to appeal to those seeking a relaxing and serene camping experience.
On the other hand, one weakness mentioned is that the camping area seems to be completely packed. This suggests that the park may have limited availability and that it may be difficult to secure a campsite, especially during peak seasons. The high demand for campsites may be a deterrent for potential visitors who prefer a less crowded camping experience.
Another potential weakness is the comment about the entrance to the park being tricky due to road speed. This could indicate that the entrance is not well-marked or that it may pose a safety hazard for visitors. This may discourage visitors who are unfamiliar with the area and could result in missed opportunities for the park.
The comment about the park potentially being full of long-term residents living in RVs raises a concern. While it does not necessarily indicate a weakness, it may alter the atmosphere of the park for short-term visitors. The change from being a state park to having long-term residents can impact the overall experience for visitors seeking a temporary camping or recreational experience.
Overall, Feyodi Creek RV Park has several strengths including a well-maintained disc golf course, cleanliness, safety, excellent fishing opportunities, decent bathroom facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere. However, potential weaknesses include limited availability of campsites, a potentially tricky entrance, and a change in the park's atmosphere due to the presence of long-term residents.

Went here for disk golf. The course is a mix in opens and wooded throughout the play. The open area was very well maintained, but the wooded section was a bit more wild. Bathrooms here are decent if you need it. The park seems to have a lot of potential for expanding in the future.
As for the camping area. It seem to be completely packed.
I took my granddaughter here to take pictures for a class assignment. I thought the veterans monument would be a great place to do it. The water was very low. The whole area/park was very clean. We felt safe there. A park attendant was driving around just to make sure everything was ok. I will definitely go back.
Excellent fishing spot on the Arkansas River.
I can't actually rate too much here. We pulled in for a few hours rest on our way thru. The bathroom Facility was usable and open all night. Appeared to have a good number of camping sites. There were tents and rvs. With nice views of the lake. It was peaceful for the short time we were there.
Clean, well kept, respectful memorial.
Peaceful.
(The entrance is tricky due to road speed. Be caucious.)
Enjoyed getting out and enjoying the outdoors with my guy & our sweet little puppy, Espoir.
