They could definitely do more to make the place comfortable. BUT, the man there did a GREAT job on my acrylics. I got the coffin all over paint. Next time I'm going to challenge him on the designs!!

I have to be honest that I was not expecting much based on the 3 star rating and a bad experience 10 years ago but gave Lisa nails a try today with my daughter and WOW. My nails look fabulous! We'll absolutely be back.

Worst experience ever ! I've been to alot of places to get my nails done and this was bad! I got french pink tipped acrylics and the woman there did the worst job I've ever had . And tomorrow I have to go get them taken off and redone because that is how bad it is.

My friend came with and she got an all over color and the male did them (those are the colorful ones in my pictures) and he did a great job but the female she did the worst job ever !

My nails feel like they are going to come off by tomorrow and they are so cloudy you can barely see the sparkles. Im not happy and wanted to cry leaving.

I had a fill done today and love my new nails. I don't know why the reviews are not great because it was a great experience. Tom did my nails in 30 to 35 minutes. He had to totally reshape my nails today as well. Fast and well executed. Usually it always takes other technicians 1 hour to do my nails. I work a lot and time management is a must for me. I will be a return customer. He made sure I was happy with them as well.

I have been going here since I was a little girl and absolutely love this place. I usually get acrylics which Tom does and he is very very good at it. He usually does really well at making sure nails are symmetrical and has no fuss fixing things when he misses them. Tom takes his time to be sure you are happy with what you are getting and is very neat with his work. I have had him fix things other places did wrong and he is very very kind. He will take the time to fix things when he notices it, even if it means doing extra work. I will no longer go anywhere else to get my nails done. Over time he learns his client’s preferences, like me, I prefer thin acrylics and he does very well at making sure I get that. He also knows I do rough work and advises me against colors that may chip easier than other. I will recommend this place to anyone!

Worse service ever they don't clean there pedicure tools or foot tubs and uses the same tools for every customer.I got foot fungus on my two large toes and the big nails feel off . Nancy does a horrible job and they are way over priced $90 for a gel fill and gel pedicure. I will drive to city's and get it done right and way better quality. They aren't even up to date with nail art or other service's.You want excellent work have to drive to the city's.
