Quick Facts About Friska

Friska is a restaurant that operates in an airport setting, and based on the comments provided, it is clear that there are both strengths and weaknesses to the establishment. In this analysis, we will consider the strengths and weaknesses of Friska based on the comments given.
Starting with the strengths, one comment mentions that the coffee at Friska is really good. This indicates that the establishment puts effort into providing quality coffee to its customers. Additionally, the seating space being described as ideal and away from the chaotic airport environment suggests that Friska provides a more peaceful and comfortable atmosphere compared to other airport dining options. Moreover, the presence of an information board inside the restaurant is mentioned as being quite useful, implying that Friska aims to provide additional amenities to enhance the overall customer experience.
Another positive aspect highlighted in the comments is the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. This indicates that the employees at Friska are attentive to the needs of their customers and strive to create a pleasant dining experience. This quality is particularly important in an airport setting where travelers may already be stressed or in a rush, and a friendly staff can help alleviate some of these concerns.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one recurring theme in the comments is the issue with the manager's behavior. Multiple comments mention the manager being rude and barking orders not only at staff but also at customers. This highlights a significant weakness in Friska's personnel management skills and the manager's lack of customer awareness. Such behavior can lead to a negative atmosphere, which may drive customers away and impact the overall reputation of the establishment.
Another weakness mentioned is the quality of the food. Several comments criticize the breakfast rolls for being cooked days prior and then reheated, resulting in dry and powdery eggs. The poor quality control and lack of fresh ingredients indicate that Friska may compromise on the freshness of their food for the convenience of pre-cooking. Additionally, it is mentioned that the bacon was overcooked and gray, the hash browns were terrible, and the coffee tasted like dishwater. These comments further highlight the inconsistency in food quality and suggest that Friska may struggle with maintaining high standards for their menu items.
Price is another aspect that is criticized in the comments. It is mentioned that the food portions are quite small for the price range, with one comment specifically highlighting a main meal consisting of mainly plain rice and spinach with a tiny portion of sauce for ten pounds. This suggests that Friska may not provide adequate value for the prices they charge, leading to customer dissatisfaction.
In conclusion, Friska has strengths such as good coffee, a comfortable seating space, a helpful staff, and additional amenities like an information board. However, the weaknesses lie in the rude behavior of the manager, lack of quality control leading to subpar food quality, and the perception of high prices for small portions. These weaknesses need to be addressed for Friska to improve its overall dining experience and customer satisfaction.

Best TL Reviews

Rude manager barking orders not only at staff but at customers. Breakfast rolls are disgraceful, cooked days prior and zapped. Egg dry and powdery. Inedible. Coffee (took forever) showed up just warm. One lady behind the till very friendly but clearly ready to throttle her very rude manager who barked orders the whole time she was serving us. Its very clear that the entire problem with this branch stems from the manager, lack of quality control, lack of personnel management skills and lack of customer awareness.
Food portions are quite small for the price range. Coffee is really good and the seating space is ideal as it's a bit farther away from the chaotic airport buzz and there is a information board inside which is quite useful. Staff is extremely helpful and super nice.
Average airport breakfast. Low quality and overpriced. Bacon was hideously overcooked and grey. Hash browns terrible. Coffee tasted like dishwater. Would not return.
We choosed Friska to eat and wait there until our flight departure. We ate chicken wrap and hummus wrap with expresso coffee. The wrap was very big and rich but it was unsalty. We asked salt and got it. The coffee was so strong, it's not probleme but I do not remember when I had strong coffee like this. The staff was OK.
Wish I checked reviews before ordering. Horribleeee
How can they even put this on the wall, beats me
Speechless. Don’t remember last time I had something this bad. Chicken burger (buttermilk) with far from organic tomato, some tomato sauce, 1 green leaf of lettuce and but is... can’t find word bad enough. Home slow also bad, bad, bad. Wasted £13
Friska- far from delicious food
Tiny tiny portions. Expect more for ten pounds worth of food for a main meal! 90% plain rice and spinach. A tiny tiny portion of sauce for the main event. Perfectly nice staff but Jesus man.
The food was horrible. It had a small hair on the egg. It looked decent but that was about it. I ate it cuz I was very hungry but wouldn't do it again!
Food is not fresh. Wedges are frozen. Mexican chicken is plain (expect not boiled chicken). Waiting time 15min, which is not fast in the airport. You guys need to change or remove your banner ????????
