Quick Facts About Gentlemen's Cutts Barbershop
Gentlemen's Cutts Barbershop, based on the comments provided, has both strengths and weaknesses. To analyze this further, we will examine three main aspects: haircut quality, customer service, and pricing.
Starting with haircut quality, several customers expressed dissatisfaction with the results they received. Comments like "uneven hair," "hair looks untouched," "looked like I got in a fight with a lawn mower," and "line in the back of my head" indicate that the barbers may not have produced the desired outcome. This consistently negative feedback regarding haircut quality suggests a weakness in the establishment's ability to consistently deliver satisfying haircuts.
Additionally, one customer with long hair mentioned that their hair ended up looking like it was "dragged across the barbershop," causing embarrassment and the need to wear a hoodie. Another customer even mentioned suffering a cut on their head from the blade, which is not only poor execution but can also be a safety concern. These incidents further contribute to the weakness in the establishment's haircut quality.
Moving on to customer service, there are mixed reviews. Some customers praised specific barbers, like "nooney," for being polite, attentive, and providing a satisfactory experience. However, these positive experiences were overshadowed by several negative comments. Complaints about scattered hair after the cut, excessive hair spray, and the owner getting mad at customers for sharing negative experiences indicate a lack of attention to customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Furthermore, one customer mentioned that the staff seemed rushed and wanted to finish quickly, which suggests a lack of attention and care towards the customers' needs. Another comment about asking a friend to leave their chair after waiting for two hours raises concerns about the establishment's willingness to prioritize customer comfort and convenience. These instances of poor customer service reflect a weakness in Gentlemen's Cutts Barbershop's overall approach to client care.
Lastly, pricing is another aspect that customers have commented on. Some mentioned that the $30-$35 price range for a simple haircut is not justified. Customers expressed their disappointment and dissatisfaction, stating that they have received better service and results at other barber shops for a similar or lower price. This criticism suggests that Gentlemen's Cutts Barbershop may need to reevaluate their pricing strategy in order to offer competitive value to customers.
In conclusion, Gentlemen's Cutts Barbershop exhibits weaknesses in haircut quality and customer service based on the comments provided. The negative feedback regarding uneven haircuts, rushed service, poor customer care, and misalignment with pricing expectations is not conducive to building a strong reputation in the industry. To improve, the barbershop needs to invest in better training, professionalism, and customer satisfaction measures. Taking customer feedback seriously and making necessary changes is crucial for the success and growth of any business, including Gentlemen's Cutts Barbershop.

For $30-$35 simple haircut, NAHHH! The guy who cut my hair was Kei**. After cutting and removing the cloth, he just scattered all the hair over me. Hair spray was also too much like there's no tomorrow.
I would look for a better barber shop with better service for $30-35 a cut. Specially if your new in town, there's a better place than this shop.
Look at the 2nd image for reference. A simple cut job and yet... NAHHH! Will downgrade it to one star from two.
My son went to get a simple fade and shape up. The worse. I read the reviews on Yelp and the owner said those reviews are not true. Real reviews are on Google. Well here's a real reviews. Not worth the money or trouble had to go to another barber to fix the mess this barbershop left my son's hair. They laughed at how a barber or so called barber would cut a person's hair like this. Instead of the owner retraining his folks he wants to get made at the customer's that are sharing their experiences. Poor business and management. Never again . First and last time.
I’m not the one to start anything in a barber shop but Keith did a terrible job on my head. I asked for a taper and he absolutely attempted to go over what my last barber did. He didn’t even do my neck taper and told me “It’s blended out.” How sir?? The shape up looks horrible. I am a licensed barber and I could have stood in the mirror and did it myself and saved myself $40. I asked him to cut my beard down a little and he just lined it up. Didn’t taper the beard or anything. Probably won’t be back.
Looked exact same as when I got there, dude just wanted to get outta there n wasn’t even close time by the end of cut. As a person with white people hair I would not go there again. Mr Keith in particular doesn’t take advice on your hair and pretty much does as he pleases. Was 30$ for something that Litterally looked untouched. Def doesn’t know how to work with white mans hair
The Google option lets me tell you guys if I did service here and honestly wish I didn’t. Came into the shop with long hair expecting an even cut… well no, walked out looking like I got dragged across the barbershop. The hair cut isn’t even has me getting made fun of at work, has me wearing a hoodie to cover my goofy none proper haircut on top of that the way I was getting the cut it was rough! Like rough enough to leave a cut mark on my head from the blade. I’ve never been cut by a barber before. Not sure if its just that one specific person that cut my hair or if it’s all but just no! Won’t be going back and honestly won’t be paying attention to it at the mall anymore!
And at the end… had to pay 40 dollars… while I could’ve gone to my normal shop and pay 20 and add a nice tip and walk away like new and feeling confident on my appearance.
If zero star was possible… then I would give it.
I have long straight hair and the guy ran clippers across the top of my head… my hairs uneven and looks like I got in a fight with a lawn mower. I also have a line in the back of my head… He also messed up my natural hair line by trying to do a fade on my forehead… my forehead feels like sandpaper.. great work lining up the beard and that’s about it.
For the barber isaac, I think you’re a good dude but when it comes to white mens hair treat it like you would a woman’s hair… use scissors on top and don’t try to line up the front only the sides and back.
I like the hair cut I received (long layers trimmed), but not the color or the experience. I came in with an appointment with the specific hairdresser that I consulted with via Facebook. I had a color that I was trying to achieve and I was confirmed that it's possible to do.
I came in and had my hair processed, which too almost 3 hours and another 30 minutes for the cut and blow dry. The space was very cluttered and my friend was asked to leave her chair to sit outside because they didn't allowed people waiting near the shampoo area. I was very disappointed when they asked my friend to leave her chair even though she was sitting there for 2 hours already.
I went to get my son a shadow fade. There was a barber named nooney. " I hope that I am spelling her name correctly ". She is the best!! I and my son left feeling very satisfied. She is very polite and attentive to what she is doing while cutting. I definitely am going to take my son back to her again.
