Honestly, they didn't hear what I wanted.... didn't ask any questions and started chopping off. In two seconds with the trimmer it was too late and stuck with the exact opposite of what I expected or wanted. When I expressed shock they responded with 'that's what I understood'. Closed ears, unapologetic, I'll never step foot in that place again and suggest that if you have hair you value, don't go there.

This is in response to Lino's review from 2/15. The barber who cut your hair has been doing this for 10 years. If the customer asks him to do something, he'll do it. It seems as though you misunderstood him, not the other way around. Gino's has been in business since 1964, losing you as a customer will be no loss. Next time you have a complaint, how about address it with the person, not hide behind your laptop and write a bad review. P.S. If you hated the haircut so much, why'd do you leave a 25% tip?

Awesome Barber Shop. Everyone is friendly, I have had nothing but great hair cuts since going there. Francis does a great job every time. The shop is also always clean with the floors always being swept by someone.

I've been going here for years. At the l both the new location and the old location. It's there only place I've had my hair cut with the exception of maybe a few times. I would recommend Gino's to anyone. Affordable price and great atmosphere.
