Best nail salon in Richmond. All staff are talented but especially China!❤ During the pandemic, it took me 8 months to find them and I am fortunate that I did! They are always clean and everyone wears a mask.
Must make an appointment because they rarely have time for walkin's but it well worth it!

This shop has seriously gone downhill. 0/10 recommend.
Sadly, I was a regular here but my last 2 appointments have both been canceled at the very last minute with little to no notice and no accomodation made to fix it. I showed up to the store at the scheduled time and was told my nail tech is out sick. There was no notice given to me ahead of the appt and no accomodation made by the shop in that moment to make sure i was serviced accordingly, like any good business would.
Extremely careless, rude and completely unprofessional. I’ve seen them also have a very bad habit lately of doing this to others, both regular and new customers. I will never be going back or giving them another dime & highly recommend anyone else do the same if you’re looking for a quality customer service experience and dont want your time or money wasted!
I went to this nail salon for a pedicure and they did a fabulous job, so I thought that I would give them a shot for my nails. Wrong choice! My nails are thick and lumpy and not straight. I mean, how do you get a French manicure wrong? Anyways, I will NEVER go back to this nail salon. And do not recommend it!

Pun was my specialist, sitting at the 1st table.
I came in for a dip manicure, and my nails were short already.
First concern: 45 min into the procedure, I pointed out that there is uneven application on all of my nails. They were transparent at the beginning of nail, and very opaque and thick towards the end. The specialist just said that its OK.
Second: specialist was filing my nails so hard on the tips and sides that it hurt and when I said that, she just ignored my concerns.
Lastly, the whole procedure took 1h 40min, and clearly its twice as long as it should be. Other clients where were sitting around me that started at the same time with me and even later were finished long before I did.
I'm writing this review the day after and my fingers still hurt.

Professional and friendly. Did a good job fixing my nails that were jacked up by someone else. Some nail techs just can't do natural nails they want to give you tips. I don't wear them.
The girl that helped me was in a rush to paint my toenails and forgot to put the feet separators on top of that when she did my eyebrows she pinched my skin three times with the tweezers did not get my eyebrows right left hair and wax on the middle of my forehead and on the side terrible service, unprofessional and one of the girls was wearing a whole crop top and kept FaceTiming her friend while doing service to my friend. Will not come again so sad that this place used to be so good for many years until now
