Quick Facts About Lucky Nails & Day Spa

Lucky Nails & Day Spa, based on the comments mentioned, has a mix of strengths and weaknesses. In this analysis, we will explore both aspects of the business.
Strengths: 1. Friendly Service: One customer praised the salon's friendly service, stating that the staff does a great job regardless of the initial condition of the client's feet. This suggests that the salon has a welcoming and customer-oriented atmosphere.
2. Affordable Prices: Another customer mentioned the cheap prices, awarding the salon two stars for its affordable services. This indicates that Lucky Nails & Day Spa offers competitive pricing, making their services accessible to a wider range of customers.
Weaknesses: 1. Poor Quality of Service: Multiple customers expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of service at Lucky Nails & Day Spa. One complaint mentioned that stylists were on their phones and provided subpar results. Another customer mentioned that a stylist cut them and then blamed them for it. This inconsistency in service quality highlights a lack of professionalism and attention to detail.
2. Unprofessional Behavior: In several comments, customers reported unprofessional behavior from the staff. Complaints ranged from arguments among employees about who would service the client to a lack of respect when it came to the customer's preferences. Specifically, one customer was denied the request to change the TV channel, while another customer had their tip openly discussed by the nail technician. These incidents display a lack of professionalism and customer-centric approach, which can deter potential customers.
3. Cleanliness and Hygiene Issues: Another customer mentioned the salon's lack of cleanliness, including the use of used nail supplies and a dirty gel lamp. This is a significant concern as maintaining proper hygiene is crucial in a spa environment. Failure to do so can result in infections and other negative health effects, ultimately damaging the salon's reputation.
4. Inconsistent Results: Multiple complaints mentioned inconsistent or unsatisfactory results. One customer pointed out that their nails were uneven and crooked, while another stated that their gel polish started coming off after a short period. These inconsistencies suggest a lack of skill and attention to detail among the technicians, resulting in dissatisfied customers.
5. Lack of Nail Painting Skills: One customer complained that the nail technicians lacked the necessary skills to paint nails properly. This is particularly concerning considering that the salon's main service is nail care. Failing to meet this fundamental requirement casts doubt on the competence of the salon's staff and their ability to meet customer expectations.
Based on these comments, it is evident that Lucky Nails & Day Spa has several weaknesses that need addressing. The lack of professionalism, inconsistent quality of service, and cleanliness issues are significant areas that require immediate attention. Improving these aspects is crucial for retaining existing customers and attracting new ones to ensure the long-term success and reputation of the business.

This place is horrible. A third grader could have done better. Stylists we're on their phones. The stylist tried to convince me to change the colors I picked because she didn't like them. I never asked her opinion. She cut me and then blamed me for it. I didn't tip. They're lucky I paid.
Worst experience of my life! I came into this shop just wanting peace & to do for myself after having a long day of work when I should’ve just went home! The workers argued about who was going to service me, I was the only person present considering it was about 1HR before closing time. After they argued very loudly someone sat down to service me 20 minutes later. In the midst of getting my pedicure, I asked to select another channel whose name is Kim, was beyond rude & wouldn’t let me because most shops don’t even have tvs & I should just be grateful they have one. Never again!
Great friendly service. They really do a great job no matter how bad your feet look when you walk in. You will come out with beautiful feet. Highly recommend.
I first visited Lucky Nails and was satisfied. Today my visit changed that.. I've been trying to find a new nail salon and have gone here 3 times and I will not be back after today. I chose a dark blue and dark glitter blue and my nail tech, Tay, asked how I wanted it. I said glitter in the ring fingers, but she could play with it. i left with 4 decently-painted nails on each hand and my index fingers look AWFUL. A child could do better. And she incorporated an aqua and a purple, which don't match at all. The fingers that are painted decently look good at a glance, but upon looking at them most of them aren't even painted on the sides on the nail. I paid on my way out and tipped $5 on my $16 bill and Tay had the nerve to announce to the whole salon how little I'd tipped her before I'd even left the salon. This place is so unprofessional it's ridiculous. STAY AWAY.
Was terrible!!! I went there yesterday and The girl cut me several times with the nail machine which burn really bad and now I have wounds on my skin.. horrible job on the nails!!! I was supposed to have garlic or whatever the polish is not gel it's coming off already where she messed up and tried to fix it .. nails are uneven and crooked..!!!
This place is very dirty. I walked in for a quick manicure and the girl pulled out used nail supplies, went SO slow everywhere she went, and used a really dirty gel lamp. Really unprofessional place. I wanted to leave immediately, but didn't because I didn't have time to go somewhere else. Workers were all on their phones. 2 stars for the cheap prices.
Nails have been only lasting about a week and a half - two weeks ????
Never again. 2.5+ hours, in the chair, for a mani/pedi with gel polish. The first girl had NO CLUE what she was doing. The second barely knew more, and doesn't know how to paint nails, AT A NAIL SALON. Absolutely ridiculous for $65. Like i said, NEVER AGAIN. Run away if you're thinking about having your nails done here.
