2. High prices: Another customer mentions that they found the prices at Craftsman Cuts Barbershop to be exorbitant compared to other options in the area. This suggests that the barbershop may be overcharging for their services, making it less appealing for customers who are price-sensitive.
3. Inconsistent quality: One customer had multiple negative experiences at Craftsman Cuts Barbershop, including receiving an incorrect haircut style and experiencing long waits without proper communication. This indicates a potential weakness in the consistency of service and quality control at the barbershop.
4. Limited expertise: The same customer also mentions that they had better experiences when specific skilled barbers were available, implying that not all barbers at Craftsman Cuts Barbershop possess the same level of expertise. This could potentially result in inconsistent results for customers, depending on the barber they are assigned to.
Overall, Craftsman Cuts Barbershop has strengths in terms of personalized service, an experienced owner, and polite staff. However, weaknesses such as limited availability for walk-ins, high prices, inconsistent quality, and limited expertise among the staff contribute to a less favorable customer experience.

Couldn't fit us in as walk-ins but all three "barbers" are just sitting in their chairs playing on their phones. Would have been nice if they asked if we would like to make an appointment for later, but they didn't seem to care to have any new business.
My barber took his time and really did a spectacular job
I love this place, I've known the owner Bill for years and he has 2 awesome barber shops and also salon..which is where I get my hair done@ my stylist is Talia Williams and she is amazing...you can get a great cut for men and get beautiful with the salon... awesome people at Craftsman's Cut North/South
I went here because I just moved to Crestview and it was a few blocks from my house. Basically, I've been getting my hair cut with the same style for 10+ years. Usually pay $10 to $15. These guys charged $30. The haircut was decent but that price?!!? Needless to say I won't be returning to this barbershop ever again. I'd rather go to Supercuts or sportclips. But, if you wanna spend lots of $$$ for a haircut these guys are good for that!
Fantastic haircut and beard line up. I'm glad they have one this shop in North Crestview. Very polite and professional. Will only be going here from now on.
I visited Craftsman Cuts a few weeks back and left thoroughly impressed with Bill and his establishment. First and foremost I was greeted when I walked in and instructed to put my name on the board. Greetings are key to me in these types of settings where you might not know anyone in the room. They immediately break the ice and start the path towards feeling welcomed. What I was most impressed about was the actual cut. Aside from it being great it was the process that stood out to me. I had a younger gentlemen working on my hair that I could tell was a little inexperienced. This didn't bother me at all. People learning and growing is what this life is about. Towards the end of the cut he asked Bill for some help. Not only was this young gentleman mature and brave enough to ask for help in the middle of a cut, but Bill graciously came over and coached him through it. There is a reason this place has been in business as long as it has.
A Chili Bowl, High and Tight, and over an hour and a half later..
I don't recommend getting your haircut from this branch of Craftsman Barbershops. I had gone here to get my haircut 4 times with three of those being atrocious experiences. My first two visits were the blight of Crestview's barbershops; the first visit ended with a chili bowl haircut and the second with a high-and-tight even though I explicitly asked for A LOW SHADOW FADE. The third time wasn't bad, but that's because I was seated with a barber who knew what she was doing, her name was Christie. When I was getting ready to go back for the fourth time, I went ahead and called to reserve a time with Christie at 11:00. When I arrived on time for my appointment, I noticed she was cutting a toddler's hair which was not a big deal. Then, I see her cut person after person's hair without even stopping to ask me if I was ok waiting. Throughout my entire wait, I was only asked once by one of the other barbers if I needed a cut or if I had an appointment. I also noticed another guy get get denied by another barber, named Leo, because he had an appointment with another customer, however, I noticed that he had to call the customer to make sure he was still coming and then proceeded to play on his phone for the better part of the hour; this irritated me even more because it prolonged my haircut, that is the haircut I never received. When I finally had enough, I confronted them about my appointment and she told me she had another appointment waiting and ask me if I didn't see all those peoples' hair she had to cut; So instead of cutting her 11:00 client's hair she went on cutting her, presumed, 12:30. Overall, unless you already know the barbers, I would highly discourage anyone from giving this shop any business. For obvious reasons, I will not be going to this shop and I will spread the word within my network of my experiences here.
Bill is an excellent barber.
