So it was Valentine’s Day. & I wanted to treat myself. I found Grace# on google and decided to make an appointment. Great customer service. She cares about your Natural hair while styling, Also gave me healthy hair tips. I feel like a beautiful black girl with this hair. Book with her you won’t be disappointed. Five star customer service and five star work product!

I called to book an appointment on Wednesday and was able to be seen as early as Friday morning, which was a major win for me being so last minute with my requests!

Ms. Grace was patient as I explained my request (smedium, waist length knotless braids with a bit of color). She even asked me to look at the first two braids to ensure it’s what I wanted, which I greatly appreciated because not many places care to make sure you’re happy.

The shop is clean and comfortable, the movies we watched were entertaining and Ms. Grace felt like Auntie Grace by the time I left. So so happy to have found my braiding shop in my new town, especially since it doesn’t come with 5 pages of rules or a bad attitude like most of the stylists I’ve come across on IG.

OH AND MY HAIR…I’m in love and I can’t stop swinging it or flipping it over. They’re neat, firm but not tight, and I can tell they’ll last a while.

I called Miss Grace to see could she fit me in on a last minute appointment for Saturday which was the very next day and she said sure I'll see you 9:00 in the morning, I'm so glad I made that call. Because she done a marvelous job on my hair and for all the hours that I had to sit there I did not mind because they entertained us with gospel music ???????? That's my kind of appointment ????❤️ I departed Mrs Grace presence a very happy client all three times. They for sure give you your money's worth????????❤️

Grace Hair Braiding was able to accommodate me for a same day appointment. That won me over instantly. I showed pictures of what I wanted and got exactly what I asked for. They were very nice, worked quickly, and we shared a few laughs. I’ll definitely be back.

I've been coming to Grace's Hair for over two years. I was so happy to find her after a bad experience with a braider when I moved here in 2018 and have been coming here every since. I enjoy going to Grace's because of the professional and friendly atmosphere. I really like how she can usually get you in the same day; and this is so important to me because of my hectic schedule. Her braids are always neat and even, never too tight, and she pays close attention to detail to the edges; and ladies were need our edges lol. I can text or call, and she always respond. I will be her customer for as long as I'm in Greensboro. I highly recommend.
