Quick Facts About Grateful Kitchen
Grateful Kitchen has received many positive comments highlighting its strengths as a lunch spot in Canary Wharf. Customers praise the fresh ingredients, generous portion sizes, and a variety of chicken and vegetarian options. The recent change in chopping the chicken breast into smaller pieces has been well-received, with customers reporting that it tastes better and is more tender. The affordability of the meals and the ability to have a large portion that can be split into two meals is also seen as a strength. The staff at Grateful Kitchen are described as friendly, quick, and providing outstanding service. Additionally, the salad bowls and coffee are praised for their quality.
One of the weaknesses highlighted in the comments is a negative experience with a small portion size. A disappointed customer mentioned being given only four tiny pieces of chicken, which resulted in the perception of a lack of value for the price. This experience led them to decide not to order again. Another customer expressed frustration with a delayed delivery, with the driver waiting at the restaurant for 55 minutes and no updates from the restaurant regarding the order status. The lack of communication and delay impacted their overall experience negatively, leaving them disappointed and unlikely to order again.
Analyzing these strengths and weaknesses, it is evident that Grateful Kitchen excels in several areas. The consistently positive comments on the quality of ingredients, generous portion sizes, and great value highlight the strengths of the establishment. The positive feedback also extends to the friendly and efficient staff, who provide outstanding service even during busy periods. The availability of both chicken and vegetarian options cater to a wide range of dietary preferences.
On the other hand, the negative comments point out areas for improvement. The instance of receiving a small portion of chicken indicates a potential inconsistency in portion sizes, which can undermine the overall value for customers. Similarly, the negative experience with a delayed delivery and lack of communication suggests a need for improved customer service and order management systems.
To address these weaknesses, Grateful Kitchen should ensure consistency in portion sizes to maintain customer satisfaction and perceived value. Training and incentives for staff can also help minimize errors in portion control. Additionally, implementing an effective order management system with prompt communication updates can prevent delays and improve the overall customer experience. Regular evaluation and feedback from customers can help identify and rectify any service gaps.
Overall, Grateful Kitchen has received overwhelmingly positive feedback for its lunch offerings, with customers emphasizing its fresh ingredients, generous portions, and affordability. The strengths mentioned provide a strong foundation for the establishment. However, addressing the weaknesses related to portion sizes and customer service will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. By continuously striving to improve and adapt, Grateful Kitchen can solidify its position as the best lunch spot in Canary Wharf.
Best TL Reviews
Hands down the best lunch spot in Canary Wharf. I get this for lunch most days as it's just so good. The ingredients always taste fresh and the portion size is very generous! They do a variety of chicken options too. (also good veggie options). They recently started chopping up the chicken breast into smaller pieces, I was initially cautious of this due to the potential for smaller portion sizes. But I was wrong to worry, they give you plenty and it tastes better and more tender. Grateful for this place!
Such ashame, i used to love this place. Ordered here after a long time, was given 4 tiny pieces of chicken. You are not that cheap, but im happy to pay the price if the value is there but today you let me down. Wont be ordering again for that reason!
Amazing place for a healthy, affordable and big portion lunch. I usually get full with half of it and eat the second half next day.
By far my favourite place for lunch in CW - fresh product, great portion and nice service…been enjoying it for years now :-)
Staff are friendly and quick. Servings are huge for the price, great value! Lots of options to choose from to build your own salad.
The salad bowls for lunch are great. The coffee is also very good.
Passing by on my way to work there is little to no queue, so
a nice change from the hordes queuing for their Pret subscription coffees... They use Union Roast coffee which is a favorite of mine. I highly recommend.
Service was outstanding as always, the server was making smiling while serving under pressure I would highly recommend this place.
I ordered 1 bowl from Grateful Kitchen and still 55 minutes later the driver is waiting at the restaurant yet to receive the order.. one driver already cancelled as he had been waiting too long. I live a 5 minute drive away and ordered at 4pm on a work day (not a busy time). No one’s answering the phone or instagram messages to update me on what’s going on. Disappointed and won’t be ordering again.
