Quick Facts About Harbour Cafe
The Harbour Cafe has received positive feedback from customers, highlighting its strengths in various aspects. One recurring strength mentioned is the quality of the food. Customers who have visited the cafe for lunch or breakfast have expressed their satisfaction with the taste and freshness of the meals. The fish and chips, wraps, and chips are specifically mentioned to be delicious. This indicates that the cafe puts effort into preparing their dishes with care.
Furthermore, the staff at the Harbour Cafe are consistently praised for being welcoming, friendly, and efficient. This is an important aspect of any dining experience, as friendly and attentive staff can greatly enhance the overall experience for customers. The prompt service is also mentioned, indicating that customers do not have to wait for long periods of time to receive their food or drinks.
The location of the cafe is also a strength, as it is situated in the Lesley Centre on the Duncrue Industrial Estate. This makes it convenient for people who are catching the ferry at the nearby Belfast Stena terminal. The cafe is described as being a popular choice for breakfast, lunch, or a quick sandwich before boarding the ferry. The availability of outdoor seating is another positive aspect, allowing customers to enjoy their meals in a pleasant environment.
The range of menu options is also highlighted as a strength of the Harbour Cafe. Customers mention that there is a variety of food choices available, which is important for catering to different preferences and dietary restrictions. Additionally, the range of drinks in the fridge, particularly non-alcoholic options, is mentioned as a positive aspect of the cafe.
Despite the positive feedback, there are a few weaknesses that can be identified based on the comments provided. One weakness that is mentioned is the cafe's tendency to get busy at peak times. This may result in longer wait times for customers and potentially lead to overcrowding. However, it is worth noting that the prompt service mentioned by other customers indicates that the staff may be efficient in handling busy periods.
Another potential weakness is related to the comment about the cafe being busy with workmen and collections. Depending on the type of customers present, the atmosphere and noise level of the cafe may not always be ideal for those seeking a quiet and peaceful dining experience.
In conclusion, the Harbour Cafe has several strengths that contribute to its positive reputation. The quality of the food, friendly and efficient staff, convenient location, and range of menu options make it an attractive choice for customers. However, the potential weaknesses of the cafe include its tendency to get busy at peak times and the possibility of a noisier atmosphere. Overall, the strengths of the Harbour Cafe outweigh its weaknesses, making it a recommended dining option for those passing through Belfast or catching the ferry.

Great wee place, food is very nice and staff are pleasant
Situated at the Duncrue industrial Estate. This café is often busy, either with customers eating in, or taking away. But the meals and the food is great, cooked fresh, and made fresh. The staff are always friendly and very quick with service. There is quite a range on their menu. And an array of drinks in the fridge (non alcoholic). I don't think you'll be disappointed.
