We went in on our walk to see if we could get a hot drink. Awful customer service. We weren't even greeted with a hello and when we asked if the hot chocolate contains dairy, we were met with "it's made with milk" despite there being a sign stating they have dairy free milk options. It's just clear they don't seem to care. A real shame as we've just moved into the area.
I had a really nice hot chocolate, and the staff was amazing.

This is popular due to location only. Otherwise not great, poor quality coffee, pre-packed pastries and old decor. It really needs a full revamp top to bottom and taking some inspiration from good coffee shops in Norwich centre. This place could be amazing if they tried.
Lovely atmosphere, so pretty with the lights now the evenings are drawing in earlier. Great location. Lovely friendly staff and a perfect hot chocolate drink.

Nice staff nice food.very clean,able to eat outside. Parking is a little restricted but was able to get a space outside.
