The reviewer also notes that the salon is very clean and the staff is professional and welcoming. They highly recommend Hawaii Nails & Spa and give it a 10/10 rating.
Another positive review mentions how Linda was able to accommodate the customer and their daughter during the busy holiday season. The customer was pleased with Linda's work and expresses the intention to return for future nail appointments.
However, there is a negative review that mentions a few issues with the salon. The reviewer gives a low rating due to their dissatisfaction with the service they received. They complained about being charged extra for various services and felt rushed during their appointment. The technician also cut their cuticles, resulting in bleeding, and did not provide a satisfactory experience. The reviewer believes that paying more for quality and a better personal experience would be worth it.
There is another negative review that highlights a poor experience at Hawaii Nails & Spa. The customer went for ombré nails but was disappointed with the outcome. The nails were poorly done, with a visible line between the colors and inconsistent shape, length, and fullness. The reviewer also had a subpar pedicure experience and expressed concerns about the salon's hygiene and tool cleanliness.
In response to this negative review, another customer came to the defense of Hawaii Nails & Spa. They claim to have been present during the reviewer's visit and refute their claims. According to this customer, everyone was nice and accommodating, offering the reviewer a massage chair and a drink. They also mention that the salon is always clean and address the reviewer's concerns about hygiene. They express their love for the salon and believe the negative review might be due to the reviewer having a bad day.
Based on the comments, the strengths of Hawaii Nails & Spa can be identified as their professionalism, skill, and friendly staff. Many customers have become regulars, which indicates a high level of customer satisfaction. The salon is also praised for being clean and welcoming. The pricing is considered fair by some customers, and the salon has the potential to create a comfortable and familial atmosphere.
However, the weaknesses of Hawaii Nails & Spa can be seen in the negative comments. There are concerns about rushed service, inconsistent results, and subpar experiences with specific technicians. Hygiene and tool cleanliness have also been brought into question in one of the negative reviews.
In conclusion, Hawaii Nails & Spa appears to have strengths in terms of professionalism, skill, and friendliness, which have garnered a loyal customer base. They are also known for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. However, there are weaknesses related to service quality, consistency, and hygiene that need to be addressed in order to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Hawaii Nails is the best! Linda, Charlie and their staff are super professional and are skilled at all types of nails; they are also sincerely friendly and warm. Many of their customers have been regulars for years. As for me, Linda does a fantastic job every time - it’s been five years since I first went there and I will never go anywhere else!
I have gone to Charlie to get my nails done for six years, ever since I moved to Waterford Lakes. Charlie is very honest and the prices are fair. I get acrylic and gel and everywhere I go people ask me where I get my nails done. They look amazing, well done, and natural. Hawaii nails is very clean and the staff is very professional. The staff is very welcoming and nice. 10/10 I would highly recommend.
I had Linda And she was wonderful! She did exactly what I asked for. Even during the busy holiday season, she was able to fit me and my daughter in last minute. I will definitely be returning for my future nail appointments.
I only give 2 stars because prices aren't terrible. Service on the other hand is a different story..
I just went for the 2nd time. (First was just a fill that turned out okay) but they charged for cutting my old nails, the regular polish with matte and for my shape. They were close to being closed but told me to come in anyway being that they chose to close early on this day. When I went in, I was rushed to another tech (my normal tech did not remember me) so I had to remind her. At which she said "I have to do it?" And I said no. But she did it anyway. Being pregnant, I asked for my cuticles to not be cut to prevent bacteria. To which she repeated back to me and then after a few minutes proceeded to use the grinder to cut my cuticles and cut my finger twice making it bleed. She wiped my blood off with her BARE hand. She quickly applied the fake nail (and none of them are fully glued down so I can see and feel the nails is barely hanging on because of the acrylic layer over it. I intended on getting matte nails, but before she painted with the matte top coat I decided on shiny. She laughed and said "oh now you want shiny nail?" And then kept laughing and began speaking in viet with the woman next to her. My nails underneath are all clipped at weird angles, so they have points and are not curved to look natural under the acrylic. My nail polish has bubbles in it. My finger is still bleeding the next day and super painful. And when I attempted a conversation she just shook her head and kept going.
So price, sure it's decent. But I would absolutely pay more for quality and a better personal experience.
Okay, so I’ve been trying to find a good nail place for quite some time since moving to Orlando. I’ve tried at least 8 different salons but I wasn’t impressed. Charlie is FANTASTIC and so is Cyndi-everyone is in the shop. They make you feel like part of the family and not just a customer. The place is always clean and they go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable!
It was my first time coming here. I went as a Valentine's gift from my boyfriend. I asked for ombré nails. Not only was it horribly done (you can literally see a straight line defining the colors, no blending whatsoever) but the nails shape, length, and fullness were embarrassingly inconsistent and not what asked for (multiple times I asked for natural looking ombré, coffin shaped, and natural / thin). The lady I had was also extremely rough on my hands and it ended In a painful experience. I then had a pedicure as well and was left with half painted nails, paint on my skin, and my feet itching. I'm extremely concerned of the hygiene of this place and their tools. I went home and had to disinfect my feet to stop the itching after watching them use tools on my hands and feet that had debris of other people's nails. I was going to call to have my nails redone but have decided to spend extra money elsewhere to ensure it'll be done properly. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Kim made my experience so great! I’ll come back for my nails again.
I am leaving this review just to reply to Excendia Rivera, who gave just 1 star. I don’t know her but I was next to her when she went. I am so sorry that you felt that way but everyone was so nice to you, they sat you at one of their massage chairs and offered you something to drink, then unfortunately she sat with someone who wasn’t able to do what she asked for but they immediately explained it to her that everyone has their own specialization and I believe is better if they are honest with you. She was very rude with them and when they told her it was $45 for acrylics and gel she got very angry and then they told her that without get is $35. Not expensive at all, I love them! I’ve been there for years! And OMG they are always sweeping the floor! Extremely clean! I don’t know why would you lie about that. Again, I knew she was going to give a bad review, but I assure you that they are AMAZING and she probably had a bad day.
