I have an appointment tomorrow and I hope that they can redeem themselves. My 1st time going I got Holly. He is phenomenal. He checked in to make sure that I liked what he was doing. My paint and nail life was amazing. Even when I needed a fill in, it didn't snag on anything. I was very satisfied/happy when he finished. The 2nd time I went I didn't get Holly because he had another client. Soo another tech lady did my nails. I am not happy at all. After a week of getting my nails done, it started to snag on everything. What made it even worse is that my "Gel" paint started to chip and change colors. I am a business professional and my job requires me to type a lot. So my hands aren't exposed to chemicals or heavy duty work. On another note if you look at the pics, you can see that my nail bed were overflowed with acrylic and paint. I am not sure if she was in a rush or what. I also wanted my shape to be square. The shape of the nail was a little wide. I also got a pedicure with Gel polish, I like the girl that did them she was great the 1st time. The 2nd time I ended up having to go to urgent care because of how my nail was trimmed. The side of my big toe nail was trimmed in a way that I had a hang nail down in my toe. The day after I received my pedicure I was in pain and found out that it was an infected hang nail. With all this I am not mad at all, my 1st experience was amazing so I feel that it is only fair to give them another chance. :)
Literally just left and i was so disappointed with my nails i chose to write this review. The young lady that did my toes did a wonderful job. But the owner that did my fill did the worst possible job that could possibly be done. She was obviously in a rush which had nothing to do with me, she was tearing my fingers up. I ended up bleeding and the polish was poorly done and blotchy, i will never come back and if i do, im not going to her. She is the owner so there is no one above her i can complain to, this was the worst service i paid $85 for.
I went in there for acrylic nails. The lady rushed to get my nails done, cut my finger, and everytime I would tell her what I wanted done, she would tell me it would look bad and then wouldnt do it. So I didnt even get the nail design I wanted in the first place.
To be honest I was really impressed at the beginning of getting my full set . The lady got right to work and was doing her thing. But after 10minutes she started rushing because there were like 4 walk ins. She did not do my acrylics correctly and was not worth the price paid for them. When I get acrylics they usually take 1 hour to an hour and a half . She finished in like 35 minutes and you can obviously tell the difference ????????
Not sure how they’re still in business. Terrible customer service, terrible nail job. Spent over $60 for my daughter to get her nails done and the design is not good, she was left with nail polish all over her fingers, her cuticles looked scraggly, I could go on!
Don’t come here if you want anything beyond a plain solid color. Wanted to get my nails done for the first time on my birthday so I made an appt and went with my cousin. The owner was unfriendly and buffed my cousin’s nails too far into the bed it was rlly red. The ladies there both kept stopping in the middle of working to text very frequently, unprofessional and made the appt take super long. They also can’t do rlly any designs or mixes of color, at least it was pretty cheap but I’m upset cuz I wasted money on nails I could’ve painted better myself. Never getting my nails professionally done again.
I have been going here for a few months and have not been disappointed in my nails. I also take my 85 year old mom in for a manicure and polish every few weeks and she has been very pleased...and she's not easy to please! haha True, they're not overly friendly, but I go to have my nails done, not talk to a counselor!
