Quick Facts About 360 Nails and Spa

Strengths:
1. Friendly and apologetic staff: The workers at 360 Nails and Spa are described as nice and sweet in multiple comments. They also apologize for any issues and are willing to fix mistakes, as seen in the comment where Jeanie fixed the nails free of charge and did an amazing job.
2. Efficient and professional service: Customers appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of the technicians at 360 Nails and Spa. One comment mentions that the technician, Linh, was able to do a great job with a gel French manicure in a short amount of time. This indicates that the salon values providing prompt service to their customers.
3. Good initial experience: Some customers have had a positive first experience at 360 Nails and Spa, as mentioned in one of the comments. They appreciate the wait time being minimized and the technician's skill in providing a great gel French manicure. This suggests that the salon has the potential to create a good impression on new customers.
4. Accommodating and responsive customer service: In one comment, a customer mentions how the salon quickly had her come in to correct a set that did not turn out as expected. The staff was accommodating, nice, and went above and beyond to provide a satisfactory service. This demonstrates that the salon cares about customer satisfaction and is willing to make things right.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent quality: Multiple comments mention issues with the quality of the nail services provided at 360 Nails and Spa. Customers have mentioned uneven paint jobs, lumpy acrylics, soft and peeling dip powder manicures, and nails that break easily. These issues indicate a lack of consistency in the skill and execution of the nail technicians at the salon.
2. Lack of cleanliness and hygiene: According to one comment, the salon lacks cleanliness and hygiene standards. The customer noticed that nothing used on them was clean or new, and tools were pulled from unclean containers. This suggests poor sanitation practices, which can pose health risks to customers.
3. Unprofessional behavior: Multiple comments mention unprofessional behavior by the nail technicians at 360 Nails and Spa. Examples include talking on the phone for extended periods during appointments, cutting a customer's nail bed and sealing it with glue, and engaging in personal conversations while attending to customers. These actions demonstrate a lack of professionalism and can contribute to a negative customer experience.
4. Decline in quality over time: One comment mentions a decline in satisfaction with the salon over time. The customer liked the salon initially but started to have issues when the nail technician they preferred left. This suggests a lack of consistency in the quality of services provided, as well as potential issues with training or staffing.
Conclusion:
360 Nails and Spa has several strengths, including friendly and apologetic staff, efficient and professional service, a good initial experience for some customers, and accommodating and responsive customer service. However, the salon has notable weaknesses, such as inconsistent quality, lack of cleanliness and hygiene, unprofessional behavior, and a decline in quality over time. These weaknesses significantly impact the overall customer experience and can lead to dissatisfaction. The salon should address these issues by implementing stricter quality control measures, improving cleanliness and hygiene practices, providing further training to technicians, and fostering a professional environment.

Best TL Reviews

I got my nails done 1 day ago. The service was nice and so were the workers. After I got back I noticed the paint job wasn’t well done, it is blotchy. The acrylic is also kinda lumpy. I wouldn’t go back.
EDIT…..just went back to get my nails fixed, Jeanie was very sweet and apologetic. She fixed my nails free of charge, no questions asked! She also did an amazing job. Will definitely go back.
I had a good experience for my first time here. I had to wait a little because the salon was busy and I was a walk in but they did take me as soon as someone was available. The technician Linh was efficient and professional and even though my nails are short, he did a great job with my gel French manicure. I was in and out in no time. I don’t do my nails often but I already have a follow up booked here and am excited to continue going. Thank you!!
I literally don’t even know where to begin.
So my manicurist was nice enough. But it was less than ideal when she took a face time call and propped her phone up to have a conversation with someone for literally over 25 minutes of my manicure.
I guess I’ll then move on to the most important issue- cleanliness.
Nothing that was used on me was clean or new. Not the Dremel bits or the files. Everything was pulled out of either a filthy Altoids tin, or plucked from a messy basket on the floor. Everything was already covered in white dust.
She then cut my nail bed with the dremel bit and sealed it with nail glue. The dremel bit went right back into the Aitoids tin….
Next-
I had my nails done here less than 6 hours ago. I had my dip powder removed and asked for another dip powder manicure.
I know every place does their process a little differently (the order or number of coats changes) but somehow my dip powder manicure was finished off with some kind of rubbery polish that cured in the light box and is ALREADY peeling off?
I’ve been getting dip powder for 10 years off and on and they’ve always got a hard finish. That’s why I get them. So it lasts. I’ve never had such a thin and soft dip powder manicure.
But now I paid $40 for a mani that’s already falling apart.
Not to mention that there are all kinds of leftover hairs and debris trapped in the polish due to lack of cleaning the nail. At no point was I asked to or given then chance to wash my hands (standard after doing all the hardened powder filing and before the top coats).
Genuinely this might be one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had.
Save your money- go somewhere else.
I’ve been going here for a couple months and at first I loved it but the guy that did my nails left and I’m just not liking it anymore. This set is not even a week old and it’s already looking less than appealing. I have a lot of dry skin surrounding my cuticles which wasn’t like that before and the last 3 people I’ve seen I never want to see again. The last one (that did the set in pictures) was ok but the service isn’t the same. Sometimes the gel runs onto my skin or the polish is lumpy. Something needs to change.
I dont usually get my nails done often, only for special occasions. I got a acrylic set and was going to get regular polish but she said gel lasted longer. She told me 50 and I said no problem sounds good. But at the end charged me 60 It's only 10 dollars but I'd appreciate the transparency upfront. I tipped 10 as well but I shouldve taken a closer look at the salon because the edges aren't that neat. The overall experience was nice though I had my nails done as soon as I got in. No wait
I have gotten my nails done at this establishment since it opened. I’ve recently moved back to the area and decided to go back. BIG MISTAKE! The women doing my nails had NO idea what she was doing. I asked multiple times for my nails to be natural length. My nails were very lumpy and thin. I paid $80 for this and a pedicure and I was so upset. I think she was new so I felt bad and didn’t want to complain, BUT then they broke off my actual nail 3 days later while I was making my bed in the morning. If you go here make sure to know who’s doing your nails.
I had a set done and it did not come out like I had hoped. I contacted the business and they quickly had me come in to correct it. They were very nice and I was very happy with the service. I will definitely be a repeat customer! They were very accommodating and went above and beyond! That’s how you run a business!!! Great job!
Thank you!
I usually never leave reviews, but I truly just want to let everyone know how horrible this place is. Since every other nail salon is closed on Sunday and I had broke a nail, I decided to give them a try out of pure desperation. Shortly after sitting down I knew it was a mistake. The lady removing my acrylic nails that sits all the way in the back on the right bruised every single nail bed when removing my nails. After telling her it was painful she continued to remove the acrylic nail roughly without soaking them/ etc. Not only this, but she burned me multiple times with the drill. She was talking on the phone for more than half of the time I was sitting with her. When she finally hung up the phone, 2 other colleagues of hers came around her and talked the entire remaining 20 minutes of my appointment. I went home to cry because of how horrific my nails look. And 8 hours later my nails are killing me and bruised from this very unprofessional nail lady. Thank you 360 nails.
