Booked an appointment with Miguel, arrived five minutes early and Sat down. After 15 minutes asked what was going on n was told he was finishing up only be a few more minutes as he was finishing up so when the customer got up to leave, I got up to get my haircut and was told " it will be a a few more minutes longer has he had another person ahead of me.......". REALLY! Basically I wouldn't get my haircut till an hour after my scheduled appointment. What would you do?
Why even book an appointment online if you're not gonna be even close to the appointment time! If you want to have customers backed up so you can increase revenue then this really isn’t cool because other folks have places to be and our time is also valuable as well.

Ive been going to this place since it was west down menaul. Everytime I go to this shop, they have new barbers, and its impossible to find and stick with a barber you like here. They dont seem Interested in helping me make an appointment. Last month, I called to make an appointment at 4. They said they close at 4. So i said what about 330. They said theyre closing at 330 ????????The cuts are good, but the customer service is whack!

One bad haircut doesn't define a great business. I'm glad I was able to return and get an awesome haircut thanks to a badass owner who I can trust to make things right. I feel confident in the way I look now. I will return again and hopefully grow a better relationship with the business. Thanks again! ✨
Maybe the posted time is inaccurate, but I’ve been trying to call this business for the past 25 mins after they opened and no one will pick up.
Edit; Just received a call from this Barber shop who had no interest in solving this issue and instead only seemed to call to get out his frustrations about the bad review. Not professional. I would have been more than happy to change my review if this gentleman would have taken a different tact to explain why he was late today and perhaps asked if I still needed an appointment? I am even more adamant about the one star now.
