Very unprofessional didn't have a clue to what I wanted done corn rows ! But y'all braid hair? I was told to send a picture I did that they never called back ????. Just know I won't call again!!

I went in for some simple cornrows, and was told they could make my hair look just like the picture. I stopped them 3 times before even being half way done with my hair to make sure my hair would look like the picture and was assured that it would. IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE! Middle parting was off, and the braids were uneven on both sides. Braids were way smaller than what I asked for, and when I went back to discuss getting my money back, I’m told “oh your hair was too thin that’s why we didn’t do big ones”…..WHY DIDN’T YOU SAY THAT FROM THE START? AND I HAVE THICK HAIR. Then accused me of just wanting my money back. No. I wouldn’t keep them in even if it was free. I ended up getting half my money back as long as I took the braids out in the salon. I’m not going back ever again. On top of that, they kept switching braiders with each client in rotation. Don’t go here. Very unprofessional and not worth the money.
I had a hair appointment at 2pm then the lady called me back saying she had a cancel and wanted me to come in early I said ok I come in at 12pm I get there and all they chairs full I told them I had a appointment at 12pm she gone ask for my number saying she call me back and never did I would never go here again I wish I could give them 0 ⭐️
Was told a time and she wasn't there. Told one of the other braiders that she would be 45 min late. When I said okay but I am not paying full price It was a problem. Just unprofessional and rude.
Called at the beginning of the week for a Saturday appointment. Was told my appointment was at 8am. I get there on time and there was only one braided. Then she tells me they only do walk ins on Saturday and I would have to wait until 2. Why not just tell me that over the phone?? Probably won’t ever get my hair braided here now????????♀️.
My daughter is unreasonably tender headed: As in - if you even make a move TOWARDS her with a comb, she convulses like she's going through electric shock therapy. This was our first time at Fe Fe's, I was afraid that any stylist we got would ask us to leave after dealing with the tears and screams. (It's happened at other salons before.) We were so blessed to have Mam work on my daughter's hair. She was so patient and understanding, talking with her and not making her feel like a nuisance. Mam is an angel, and now we can enjoy our summer without having to worry about fighting and crying over hair every Saturday!
I have been going to FeFe’s for more than 10 years. I have NEVER had any issues with my braids. The prices are reasonable, and she does my hair in great time. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone that appreciates great customer service and quality work. I recently relocated 8 hours away, and I have no problem taking a trip to go to her to get my hair braided.
