This was my first time getting my nails done, and it was such an amazing experience! I will definitely be going back!
The owner has responded and has claimed I’m dishonest. Let me be clear: my daughter, myself and my friend watched your employee CLIP my daughters toenails when she asked HER NOT TO. You should be ashamed, you are the one being dishonest. The artist who did my daughters pedicure was extremely rough & aggressive, and resulted in the edge of my daughters big toe bleeding (when we got home) and her not being able to walk. She was visibly limping when we left and the owner is lying.
When I tried to talk to the manager about how they treated my daughter, she denied that her employee had done anything wrong, and claimed that her employee neither clipped or filed her toenails, when I had watched her do both. My daughter asked the nail artist to stop filing her nails several times and repeatedly told her she was hurting her. The level of disrespect and lack of care was astonishing, DO NOT recommend.
Best way to get the toes done if you want to have them done correctly. It's a health benefit. Plus they can see close and clip correctly. I pay the full amount and get a great Legg, foot, and skin treatment. Leave looking sharp and not embarrassing in public with Dragon ???? Toes. The whole team works to please. Skill and style. Even decorated for holidays. If you payed for it. You take it with you! Great way to make the team at my job laugh at the boss! Thanks Oasis!
I wasn’t going to leave a review but … I got my nails done yesterday here and the manicure lady cut me in 4 places deeply when first filing the acrylic nail down, then a bubble formed under my nail. She said sorry, but then later proceeded to burst the bubble with the electric nail driller. She kept apologizing which is nice, but the wounds were very painful. I have never ever been cut like this in a nail salon before. I went to a nail salon on Aurora Ave in Seattle (not very nice area) and the same acrylic nail set was done for $55. Just $5 cheaper, but I was not cut at all. The wounds feel like very deep paper cuts and I am still in pain now. Also, at the end when I left a $5 tip for the manicure because of the sloppy experience, I think I was laughed at by her to the other lady. I am sad and in shock. I just wanted to post this to warn other future customers.
Got A gel manicure from Ann today. She is amazing and so sweet! I've had my nails done by Ann multiple times and every time has been a wonderful experience; she is so fun! She did a very cute design of red/orange tips with black flowers that turned out great! both she and I were very happy with the final result of the nails. Love this place and all the people that work here

It's been years since I've had a pedi and I was treated well and with care. They were attentive to temperatures and my comfort level. I'm so glad to have found this little gem in Duvall. Thank you all! You're lovely. I highly recommend checking out Oasis.
