This is an important factor for many customers when choosing a nail salon, as cleanliness and sanitation are essential for a good salon experience. The professionalism and attention to detail of certain nail technicians were also mentioned as a strength. Customers who had their nails done by technicians such as Stella and Molly were satisfied with the quality of their manicures and the level of professionalism displayed. This indicates that there are skilled and meticulous nail technicians at Signature Nails & Spa.
However, there are some notable weaknesses mentioned by customers. One major weakness is the quick chipping and peeling of nail polish. Some customers reported that their manicures only lasted a few days before experiencing noticeable chipping or peeling. This indicates that the nail polish products or application techniques used at Signature Nails & Spa may need improvement to ensure longer-lasting results.
Another weakness highlighted by customers is the inconsistency in service quality. Some customers mentioned that they received rushed and rough treatments, leading to bleeding cuticles and uneven nails. This indicates an inconsistency in the skills and techniques of the nail technicians at Signature Nails & Spa. It is important for a salon to have consistent quality to maintain customer satisfaction.
Some customers also commented on being charged more than the quoted prices, which is a significant concern. Transparency in pricing is essential for customers to feel confident and trust the salon. Additionally, the long wait times experienced by customers may also be a weakness, especially when combined with rushed service quality.
Overall, Signature Nails & Spa has strengths in terms of cleanliness, friendliness, and the skill of some nail technicians. However, it also has weaknesses in terms of quick chipping, inconsistent service quality, pricing transparency, and wait times. These weaknesses are crucial areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. It is recommended that Signature Nails & Spa address these weaknesses to maintain and improve their reputation in the industry.

My daughter and I had manicures here on Mother’s Day, Sunday. It was clean, friendly, we had to wait a while, but my manicurist took her time, and I thought did a fabulous job getting my French manicure just right. Sadly, by Tuesday, it already started peeling and today’s Thursday and you can see how badly they’ve peeled. I haven’t picked at them. I’m sick, so I haven’t even done much this week. I’m shocked and sad I paid $27 + tip and only got to enjoy them two days before they look so bad I’m ready to remove it.
I recommend Stella. I did the SNS with her and you can trust the process .She’s so professional and I always like that she goes into details . I Also like that she makes our nails look so good and not thick. It’s hard to find someone good as her . I totally recommend her 100%????
I went in for a manicure and pedicure. The lady doing my pedicure did an okay job. The man who did my manicure was rushing and was very rough with me. On my left hand, he made 3 out of five of my cuticles bleed. On my right hand 2 out of 5 of them bled by the time he was done. He didn’t file down the tips of my nails after cutting them, so they feel very rough and scratchy. Two hours after leaving, my nails were already chipping. I won’t be back here. I’d rather pay a little more for a better service somewhere else.
I’ve been to this nail salon a few times but every time is a let down… I always get charged more then the quotes price when I first arrive and my nails always break super fast. I got my nails done last Wednesday and by Friday 3 of my nails had broken off, so I went back to try and get them fixed and the guy was mad at me and was acting like it was an inconvenience to fix my nails even tho they literally broke bc I was either putting my seat belt on or buttoning my pants ?? Nails should be a little sturdier than that. Any way he was so upset he had to fix my nails he literally did a horrible job and left them lumpy and the shape was not even close to the other nails and the best part is!! The very next day I broke another nail!! Now of this has only happened once I wouldn’t be leaving a review but it has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME I try and give them another chance I am always disappointed
(The pics is after 1 week of having this set)
I went in today to have S and S done on my nails. A lady named Marley done my nails. At first she was friendly. But that changed, She kept telling me to relax my left hand. If I relaxed it anymore I’d been asleep. She started then to talk in their language to another lady (employee) there and I know she was talking about me because the other lady looked at me and my nails. Once she finished she put her arms up into the air like she’d just won a victory. As I went up to pay for my services she was eyeing me watching what I paid with. I usually tip but I did NOT tip her! I WILL NOT be back to this awful place. That is no way to be treated in a professional environment!!!
My nail technician was MOLLY! she was excellent. she truly took her time and my nails came out perfectly. highly recommend.
I’ve been to this salon a handful of times. This time was definitely the last time. I asked for a manicure with SNS tips and on the brochure I read, it showed the cost was $35. I also got a pedicure. On the brochure it said $30. I showed a screenshot of what I wanted and they said they could do it for me. I didn’t get the name of the lady who did my nails but she messed up every single nail. She kept throwing around my hands and yelled at me to put them under the light. I was not happy. She ended up skipping my nails and asked if I wanted a design on my toes. She finally came back to my nails and messed up. I asked her to make them short and she ended up making them long to her liking. The lady who did my toes used lavender on my legs when I mentioned I was highly allergic and she shrugged it off like it was no big deal. It took around 2 and a half hours to complete my nails with all the errors my lady had made. My hands were filthy from all the nail polish and stuff spilt all over. She never cleaned it up. It has looked like my hands were bruised by the time I had gotten into the car. My total bill ended up being $140 before the tip and I was in shock. I honestly think they charged for the extra two hours they spend on my nails which I find to be ridiculous! I don’t recommend this nail salon to anyone. I will not be back in the future.
it was totally rushed, she left glue all over my fingers, told me i have awful nail beds, and made them way shorter than i asked for. she most definitely did not take her time, it was the fastest manicure i've ever had and not in a good way. nails are uneven and bumpy.
