The first time I came here they did a wonderful job, the man was friendly and thorough.
My second visit did not go as well. Same man as before, only he seemed upset. Gripped and twisted my fingers very roughly, and the nail and gel was a bit sloppy.
Really disappointing, because I liked my first visit so much, and was bummed to be treated this way my second time.

VERY RUDE PEOPLE! I was gonna be late for my appointment so wanted to let the lady know. She asked how long I would be I said not more then 15 minutes. She got very mean with me said to never call back and hung up.

Felt at ease. The couple that did our pedicures were very easy to talk to .pedicures were good. Will go back. Only wish I could have soaked in water a little longer.
Such a polite and fun staff! I had a pedicure from a male, I believe his name was Jack. I really enjoyed him. He did a great job and really put effort into his work. I will be coming back here any time I need services. I'm glad I chose Utopia.
The last two visits I had asked for a new set of acrylic nails but the tech said the ones I had were fine. Both times the nails separated after he filled them. I really wanted to start fresh with a new set and he did not give me what I wanted. Also, asked for an American flag on my nails. I got it, but it looked horrible. It was crooked and did not look professional. I am now going elsewhere.
