I love this place! The first time Alex did my pink and white ombré full set, I was in love!!!! He is so detailed and fast! I was definitely impressed! But I wanted to wait to leave a review. Today he did them again…and they look even more beautiful!!!! <3 I’ve come about 4 times with my sister and my daughter and they’ve loved their nails every time! The staff has always been friendly. Thank you Alex!
they’ve always done a great job. my nails look exactly like the picture and it was only $70! nail techs would charge $100-120 so I got a good deal.
Anna gave me the best pedicure ever!! She was so nice and welcoming and recommended the jasmine scrub because it was her favorite. She was so extremely detailed and took amazing care of me! She also stepped in to fix my moms nails after she got a manicure that wasn’t cleaned up very well. 10/10 Recommend Anna!!!!
The nail tech Alex was was EXTREMELY RUDE! My mother and I came in for a mani pedi. As we are getting our pedicures done, they asked us what color we would like for our toes and our hands… I asked for pink and white ombré on my hands (a very simple design) & a French tip on my toes. (Another simple design) the young lady doing our pedicures said that would not be an issue. About 10 minutes later Alex the nail tech walks up to us and tells us he is not going to be doing our requested nail design simply because he does not want to and no one else was available to do it. This is by far some of the WORST customer service in the AREA! For a customer to walk in and request a service that has been performed MULTIPLE TIMES only to get rejected just because “they don’t want to” is ridiculous! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
This is my first time here. I really enjoyed the experience. I got the French SNS manicure and a French regular polish on my toes. They started on time with my appointment and had it for excellent service. I will be back.
This was my first time here and I love the service and the nail techs are nice!! The lady I had did the design the exact way I wanted it! I will be coming back and I’ll be bringing both my daughters here too!! Thanks for a great experience!!!
Michelle did an amazing job with my nails. She was very patient and made good conversation. Even though it took a long time she didn’t rush and made sure that every nail was perfect! 10/10
