Poor customer service, Anne is very rude and gets upset when you try to ask about your nails, she moves onto other customers and only does the nails how she likes them, not the way that you want. And if you ask her to fix them she won’t. These are my nails, I asked her to fix them and she said they look cute
I love going here! The workers are always so sweet and try their best to give you the best experience. Every time I've gone, my full sets have lasted such a long time and I'm not easy on my nails. So thankful for this business, all the bad reviews are literally people finding negatives in any and every situation. Give them a chance! They are awesome! ????
Got my nails done owner was rude. Did not listen to what I was wanting done. Cus my natural nails after we told her we did not want them cut . Proceeded to put her hand in my face and not allow me to talk when all I asked was to see the color of the polish. She cut the actinic nails to short after I told her I wanted them longer. I proceeded to tell her I wanted them long as she was cutting them, she rudely said she knows what she is doing.

Sweet and professional. The woman done great on my nails and the flower design she did. The man done great on my toes. This was the first time I used them and I plan to use them in the future.
